Nice garden and pool, friendly and helpful staff
There is almost no light in the rooms, it takes some time to get hot water in the shower so the water is wasted

Great staff and a beautiful place to relax

The view.Thant`s it, the rest I think is better to stay in a `` posada`` or hostal of the area, which is pretty much the same but quieter and better value for your money.
This hotel is sold and promoted as an hotel boutique to have some quiet and relaxation, the prices are quite high for an hotel in the area but our stayance was far from quiet and relaxing. The whole weekend they had entire families with kids all aroud the hotel in all areas (non guests) , with kids watching videos on their mobiles phones quite loud and running/jumping/screaming throughout the entire hotel and even nearby the guest rooms in front of the staff, who didnt seem to care or put limits, even though we asked them to do so. The whole weekend there was loud music in the hotel non stop, so we preferred not to make use of the pool and stay in our room (far for the noisy families with kids and zero mindfulness for the guests) but in the night they also rent the place as event venue with live music with high decibels that even make impossible to watch TV in your own room. It gave us the impression to be in a Tepetongo sort of place and/or a party salon place that is rented to EVERYONE (families with kids, with teens, non guests, events, etc) and the guests are the last priority but with prices of an exclusive place, we feel very dissapointed and cheated, we fell for it, we paid a high sum of $ to be in sort of a public swiming pool/family restaurant (Vips) but we though we were going to a relaxing place with no kids or noise around, only nature (thats how they promote it and sell it to the audience) . We comunicated to the recepcionist (who was all the time on her phone) of a cancellation for a massage the night before, still Sunday morning they were there early morning and woken up with their insistant hard knocking on our door. I was happy to go home to finally have my expected peace and relaxed weekend, with a feeling of having been robbed. :(

The beds were very good and had lots of pillows
There was supposed to be yoga classes Thursday thru Sunday and there was not. Was not told of kitchen hours on arrival. When I tried to order breakfast at 8am was told kitchen did not open until 9am then it took until 10am to be served. The kitchen closed for dinner at 6pm which is very early for Mexico. The Jacuzzi was cold.

Ambience, decoration and very gentle staff.
It’s a little far from Tepoztlán and the access from the main road could be better.

When my girlfriend and I arrived there our jaws dropped, this place is out of this world. Every detail is thought out, every corner contains amazing art to look at, the staff is incredibly nice and resourceful, please just go there you will not be disappointed
Nothing I did not like, this place is heaven
