excelente por el precio pero lleve cobija extra

el agua caliente de la regadera!! esta riquísima!!

no sirvió la calefacción y pasamos frío ☹️ había una pequeña ventana abajo abierta que no habíamos visto y se enfrió más el cuarto

EL PEOR HOTEL EN EL QUE ME HE QUEDADO HASTA AHORA.

Lo único medio rescatable, es la atención del personal en general. Todos muy amables y atentos.

1) La ubicación está PÉSIMA, si bien puedes ver el mapa, es peor de lo que parece, mucho más si no conoces la ciudad del todo, prácticamente fuera de Puebla, en una zona completamente industrial, sin nada cerca (el único OXXO a 10 minutos en una zona super boscosa). 2) Las instalaciones super malas, todo parce de juguete, plástico, mala calidad, amontonado, pequeño, nisiquiera parecía un ONE. La habitación extremadamente pequeña, el baño tenia hongos en la bañera y las almohadas aprecían rellenas de cartón. El shampoo y jabón de baño, PÉSIMOS en todos los sentidos. Por si fuera poco, AL QUITAR EL EDREDÓN PARA DORMIR, LA CAMA TENÍA CABELLOS. 3) El desayuno, LO PEOR de todo. Lo único que había para desayunar era fruta, café, chilaquiles (tortillas duras con salsa aguada) y simple huevo revuelto. ES TODO. Pésimo, nisiquiera tenía buen sabor, NO VALE PARA NADA LA PENA. No regreso ahí por nada del mundo, es más, a ningún hotel ONE.

Door would not open all the way S it hit the bed. Had to step into bathroom to get the door to close when entering, difficult with baggage.

Basic and does the job

- Clean. - Quite basic, nothing to stand out. But does the job. - Breakfast is ok.

- Quite crowded on a holiday. - Staircase is confusing. - Charges you for printing a couple of pages. And you have to send them the documents, not able to do it directly from the computer available.

Exceptional

Very nice hotel for this price. It is much better than other One hotels thay we stayed in other cities, and about the level of neighboring but more expensive hotels (e.g. City, Holiday, Ramada).

The window was not isolated well, thus the room was with a slight wind from outside and somewhat noisy because of highway.

Room was very nice. Plain but functional and very clean.

Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. Very little choice. Coffee was watered down. Juice was not natural. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 6.

You hear everything from the other rooms, so wasn’t able to sleep properly, there’s no room service so if you’re hungry, that’s a problem 🤦🏻‍♀️
