Really good value for money and quality of experience for the budget traveller.

It's a lovely hotel, but the staff are the best feature. Really lovely people and an excellent level of service.

The rooms were a little run down.

Small, cozy and comfortable place to relax and unwind!

the location is away from the hustle and bustle of the well-known busy Canggu! And its a 5 minute walk to the beach too! Its also close to minimarts, authorized currency exchange, hip cafes and restaurants, and surfer dudes/dudettes! Oh and also, there’s a pool access from our doorstep!

the shower area in the room has a strong pungent smell when i take a shower. it doesn’t bother me that much, but maybe this is something that can be improved in the future for other guests.

Great !

the location of the hotel is awesome, you are just a few minutes away from the Echo Beach which is popular for beautiful sunsets, surfer beginner lessons and beach parties. Though it’s very quiet for that. You are also near the center and very good restaurants. The staff is friendly and heartwarming.

Was brilliant

Everything was sweet as! Staff were awesome had a great time with them all, very welcoming for a solo traveller and took me under their wing. Absolute LEGENDS!

Disappointing

Central location in Canggu.

Not look lime on the pictures its more Shabby. Rooms are not equipped, and its also need refreshment.

convient to Canggu friendly clean .Quiet Great for a traveller

so close to Canggu beach and local bars central to everything scooter hire across the road friendly staff . very affordable clean rooms . would recommend getting a poolside room jump out of bed into pool . frii is GREAT hotel

Staff- AMAZING!

There wasn’t a wardrobe to store any clothing so if your doing a long stay I’d advise elsewhere. The room was small for 2 people sharing with large cases. Shower in our room didn’t go hot.

price-value ratio ok - not the real bali

room with direct pool access. centrally located, easy to find something to eat. popular location with many possibilites to party.

way to noisy. even with the direct pool access, you cannot fully enjoy your stay due to other people swimming in front of your room. you always have to shut the blinds for privacy. location wise, I cannot recommend this place for those who would like to experience the "real" bali. Since my last visit in 2017 a lot has changed and not in a good way. I f you want to experience the real bali you have to get away from denpasar at least 3 hrs.

Hotelrooms have been ok. kind of western-ish so if you are looking for some Bali vibes than it’s not the right place. pool was great and the hotel is very well located in the heart of bath Bolong but still kind of quiet.

Don't bother coming here.

Location was good. There are mini marts nearby and enough food options.

Not a great experience. We stayed at Frii for 11 nights and experienced issue after issue. When we first arrived, the room was filthy. The bathroom was covered in stains and rust. The bedroom itself was dusty and the bedsheets were heavily stained. We asked the staff to clean the room which they did (they spent an hour cleaning it) and we felt better. That wasn’t our only issue though. Whenever the cleaning staff cleaned the room they somehow managed to leave it dirtier than it was before they cleaned it. We ate in the hotel’s rooftop restaurant one night and got stomach flu from the food meaning we ended up spending the next two days in bed throwing up. Other smaller issues also arose like the staff being slow (we always had to ask them twice to get anything done) and our safe broke the night before we were due to leave with our passports trapped inside. The hotel itself is pretty shabby and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Hard to get a good night sleep when it’s so loud.
