Stay away from Western Dreams Hotel Abuja-Nigeria, they are dupe and thieves

It was the poorest and most unkept hotel I have ever seen. I was debited 22,000 on my gtbank account via the hotel's gtbank pos on the 8/06/2023 at about 16:36hr and they claimed they didn't see the credit. Only for them to forcefully make me to make another transfer of 22,000 to their account which made it 44,00 I paid for a standard room. Hotel management board should please look into that hotel beacsue they are bunch of thieves and dupe. I will make sure to spread this information around social media for people not to fall victim again.

Going to Western dreams hotel is like taking yourself to kidnappers den. People please stay away from this hotel

Location only.

They don't clean rooms. They only dress the beds without changing sheets and towels. When reported they said that's how they do it.

the appearance on internet is deceptive,there is no 24 hour power services,the bedsheets smells and stained,when you call for kitchen services it take 1 hour to prepare common breakfast,and it turns out not nice

I can't say there is anything good about this hotel. My first reaction when I entered my room was how did this hotel find its way to booking.com?

it's a breeding ground for infections. very dirty and unkept. cleaning trolling litter the corridors on all floors, naked electrical sockets, let me not talk about the toilet and bathroom, you will need to book a night for you to appreciate my feedback but good luck with your experience

The food,the cook didn't try at all The prize is high but no light during the day Etc

My short stay was just fair.

The breakfast was awful with bad cooking oil used to fry the egg.

The maintenance of the facility is bad with tiles browning,no good remote for tv and air conditioner and liquid soap for both washing and bathing.

Disappointing

The staff were warm and pleasant

The Wifi did not work in the guest rooms. I changed my room, there was no internet too. They only have active internet at the lobby perhabs to make the prospective customers believe they have internet

Staff were helpful and courteous

Room was dusty and dirty on arrival. Mirror was broken. Had to call their attention to it and wait while they cleaned.

the location is good, nice serene.

the fact I was told to pay for the coffee that came with yam and egg especially when I only requested yam for cos there was bread. same thing happened today when there was no bread and I requested for noodles. I had to make my displeasure known to the supervisor before the bill was withdrawn. then, I couldn't access the wifi from my room.

1. The satellite TV was not functioning properly. 2. The toilet was not exactly clean. 3. We could not find the AC remote.
