We stayed here for several weeks and loved every day of it! The home is in a fantastic location and has one of the best backyards I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy!

Cathy was the absolute best host. She was incredibly welcoming and was always responsive. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the pool was perfect. Thanks again Cathy!

Stayed for two weeks; The owner was great, responsive, and accommodating. We had “plenty of living supplies” (not all rental homes have) ie for cooking (just needed our main meats, speciality items, and veggies). In addition, lots of cozy sitting and room for relaxation throughout the home! The backyard was so much fun, with pool fountains, horseshoes, and our puppy had plenty of room to run around (large -kept up-entertainment backyard for a family vacation). Location was in a safe and quite community for night walks and shopping was a short drive. Would stay again. “Cozy”

Patty and I brought our Golden Retriever Gus for some fun in the Sun and visit to some family members. This property of Cathy's was perfect. It was clean, huge fully fenced backyard, ideal location and our own backyard pool. The entire process from start until check out there was perfect communication and every request was handled at the highest level. Now for Gus. We were imagined that our 7 year old would run out of the house and dive headlong into the pool with a big smile on his face. In almost our month long stay he walked around the edges, stood and looked at the water and had zero interest in taking a swim. Only once did he stand in about 6" of water on the step for just a minute or two. For the people on this trip, the pool was a huge plus and put our stay over the top. Our thanks to Cathy and we will definitely look to rent this property again.

We booked the property for 4 weeks and loved every moment. The outdoor living space is perfect and being pet friendly makes it incredible. Our dog, Bentley had the best time! Cathy was so generous with a welcome basket that even included a toy for Bentley! Highly recommend this home.

Cathie was a responsive and attentive owner. This house met all our needs and we appreciated the little green area for our pups. Master bed was very comfortable and overall the home was pretty clean - and I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The only "cons" would be that the outside areas could use some updating/ refreshing and the pool is not heated.

The patio had a large collection of comfortable patio furniture.When we had questions, our host Cathy was quick to respond by text, and do whatever was necessary to make it work. Cathy’s home was just perfect for our stay. Everything you could imagine was provided in her home. Outdoor space was great for having Happy Hour and it was just heaven for our small dog. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Cathy for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for 3 weeks. The owner allowed us to feel right at home. There was such a thoughtful welcome package that we really enjoyed, including our fur baby. The yard was so spacious for us to enjoy time outside. We really enjoyed use of the pool during the warm days. Communication was very thorough and easy. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this house for 3 months. The owner, Cathy, is absolutely wonderful! I arrived to a wonderful gift basket and she even surprised me with gifts for my 3 dogs! Cathy has this house equipped with everything. You only have to bring your suitcase. Wonderful pool, hammocks, swing, bikes, golf cart, horseshoes, fruit trees, etc. You name it, this house has it! I stayed here for 3 months while I was going through my cancer treatment and Cathy checked on me throughout my entire stay and was always asking if I needed anything. She is absolutely wonderful! The house is so cozy. Her living room couch is the most cozy couch ever. It is so peaceful in the mornings sitting out on the back patio and listening to the birds. The back yard is totally private and it is so huge. My 3 dogs loved running around all day. The pool is awesome as there is an umbrella poolside with chairs as well as an umbrella right in the water so you can relax in the water under the shade. And the pool bubblers are fun! I felt at home my entire stay. Thank you Cathy for all you did for me. It was so wonderful to meet you and make a new friend!

I stayed for two months in this beautiful house, and it was a great experience. The location is ideal, the entire area is new and well maintained with golf courses everywhere. The host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and really thoughtful.

Great vacation rental. Home away from home. Everything you could need was stocked in the home. Beautiful big backyard with lovely new pool. Fire pit that we used in the evenings. Orange trees. Perfect location with easy access to the 101. Enjoyed playing pickleball on the courts and walked with lots of great places to walk. Thank you

This home was perfect ! Great neighbourhood with very friendly neighbors . Cathy was fantastic, always responding to our questions promptly and very helpful . The gift basket was very thoughtful and everything in it including the case of water in the fridge was used. She even went out of her way to drop of a toy for the dog which he absolutely loves ! The recreation centres were very handy which we used almost on a daily basis. We felt very safe in this area and would not hesitate going back !

Cathy was very accommodating and contacted us several times during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house, including the kitchen, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rear yard with a covered patio and bbq was very spacious. We enjoyed a fire in the open pit under the stars almost every night. The property is conveniently located to stores and a mall, restaurants, pools, golf courses,etc. Overall, we had an excellent experience and hope to do it again next year. Thank you Cathy!!

We have never stayed in a home that was better equipped or worked with an owner that was more responsive. The location of the home is in a great community and the neighbors are very friendly. We recommend this property highly and enjoyed our time in Westbrook Village. Cathy has thought of everything to insure the time you spend in her home more than meets all your expectations. Cathy always provides lots of extra goodies for our stay and checks up to make sure that we have everything we need and all is well at the house. She is the kind of person you would love to have for a friend, neighbor or relative. It's such a great pleasure to have a business relationship with her that seems more like a friendship. The house and yard are always clean and well maintained. This was our second consecutive year renting from Cathy and we will very likely do it again.

My husband and I just completed a stay at this home in the popular Westbrook area of Peoria, AZ and were so pleased! Cathy, the owner, was one of the nicest and most attentive owners we've had the opportunity to work with in all our years of renting from VRBO! The home was very well stocked with supplies saving us an immediate trip to the grocery store since we were only there a little over a week. Probably the most exciting aspect for me was that the fact the location was so close to where my sister owns a house! I've already booked a return stay if that tells you anything! Great neighbors as well!

We stayed at the Goode home from 10/31/15 through 11/30/2015. It is a very charming home and Cathy went out of her way to make us feel welcome and tend to all of our needs. We loved the patio and large fenced in back yard with fruit trees, cacti and flowering bushes and so did our dog Cricket and our granddaughters when they came over to visit. We enjoyed our family dinners at the table on the patio. This was a place that made us feel at home the moment we walked in the door. Our many thanks to Cathy for all she did for us. Can't wait to go back later this year.

We stayed at the home of Cathy and Ed for a week, April 30- May 7th, 2015. Cathy knows the meaning of hospitality in every form. The home is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio has an overhang that provides shade even during the heat of the day. We were fortunate to enjoy pleasant mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the patio. The week was particularly meaningful for us as my sister and her husband escorted my 95 year old mother to Peoria via Southwest Airlines in order for my mother to meet her 4 month old great grandson. Our son and his wife became the proud parents of their first child in January this year and my mother was determined to make this trip so she could meet him. The house suited our needs perfectly. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and has every creature comfort you could possibly want in your home away from home. The men were able to enjoy golfing on nearby golf courses. We enjoyed use of the Westbrook community pool every day, which was both walkable or a few minute drive from the house. The large dining room table easily accommodated our family meals when we ate dinners inside. We ate most breakfast and lunches outside on the patio. Since the primary purpose of this trip was for my 95 year old mother to visit her great grandson, we did not take advantage of the close proximity of museums, etc. Cathy checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order, which it was. The welcome basket, full of goodies, wine, wine glasses, and sun screen products was a special treat. This was an important week that our family enjoyed together. My mother was so happy and she enjoyed the feeling of the warm sun on her back each day that she sat on the patio. We enjoyed the tranquility of the back yard and the sounds of the birds and the wind chimes. We also enjoyed playing darts and ladder ball. (Games available for your fun and entertainment) Thank you so much Cathy and Ed for the use of your beautiful home and for the memories we were able to take home with us that will stay in our hearts forever. We stayed at the Goode Family home for the month of March and had a terrific vacation! The owner, Cathy, was there upon our arrival, and at departure and we enjoyed getting acquainted and talking about the home! A beautiful welcome basket was waiting for our arrival, along with cold water, and fun flavours of coffee/tea for the Keurig! thank you!!! The decor of the home is very western, and we enjoyed all the great furnishings/comfort - as well as the fun sayings around the house. The house is well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and recreation items! Really appreciated the use of the bikes to cycle around the area. The back yard is TREMENDOUS!!! Such beauty and color - really was the highlight for us - and our dog loved exploring it - so dog friendly - thank you!!! And the chocolate brown comfy couch was the BEST! We took advantage of many of the recreational activities/program available through Westbrook Village including the aerobics, water zumba, fitness centre, Sunday Market Place, Mouse Trap play and fun picking up donated lemons, oranges and grapefruits at the Rec Centres. Golf lessons were also helpful at the nearby golf courses. We found the local dog park (on Beardsley ) to be a fun place to meet people, who had many suggestions of things to do in the area. Loved the Arrowhead Centre and P83 areas for restaurants, shopping, and fun sports bars. Very close to the 101 freeway. +55 neighbourhood - people were friendly - quiet neighbourhood in the evenings. Cathy was easily accessible during our stay - and this was appreciated. We truly had a great month!!! Thank you so much, Goode family, for letting us stay in your awesome home!

We loved this home and Cathy went out of her way to make it comfortable for us. The back yard is very dog friendly and we enjoyed sitting under the charming patio lights at night with a glass of wine! The home is well decorated and homey - furnished with everything we could have asked for and more. Close to golf courses and pools, hiking, bike trails, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

This Vacation Rental house was the first time a rented through VRBO & my experience was Awesome by both parties. Cathe the Owner of the house was so Helpful throughout the whole process. She Helped me out with directions, suggestions to places around the area to be entertained she made the trip very easy going. I would Highly Recommend this Vacation Rental to anybody wanting to have a Very-Comfortable Home to stay out & this hose is Well-Taken care of being Clean**. When me & 3 other friends arrived they supplied a gift-basket with all the Goodies as well as Water & Beer in the fridge with matching Seattle Seahawks~Coasters. The place was like being at home away from home it had plenty of places to sleep & all your options were comfortable(Loved the Couch). & I have to admit I was by myself frozen all fours on the carpet in between the couch & the ottoman when the Seahawks got picked off & lost the Super Bowl, but I eventually got up & Still Felt Comfortable in this Vacation Rental House!! We are filled with wonderful memories of our vacation in Westbrook Village! We loved our spacious home rental that was filled with great decorating touches that made us feel so relaxed and happy in our home away from home! The owner was so wonderful to work with and was always so helpful. The home was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. We were unexpectedly welcomed with a basket of great hospitality touches! There were so many options for sleeping and the back yard was big and fabulous! Easy access to the two community centers with pools, restaurants and golf was great as well as all the wonderful things in the Phoenix area. Loved our stay here!

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! We were very impressed with this vacation home and its location! It was stocked with everything we needed and perfectly decorated !! We even had a gift basket when we arrived that had suntan oil, sunscreen, toothbrushes, toothpaste, coffee and chocolates! But the best was the wine glasses and the bottles of wine!! Thank you, was not expected and very appreciated!! We will be reserving for next Thanksgiving!!
