The Adare guest house is the kind of places you want to find when you're on the way.
It is very close to the city center, just a short walking distance. It is clean, It offers good breakfast and above all that is the warmth and the personal attitude of the ladies running this family guest house.

It is quite close to the city centre and main attractions. It has a parking available for guests. The bed is quite comfy and breakfast was excellent.
The rooms has serious isolation issues. I could hear the person from the next room using the toilets at night. Forget spending the night without ear plugs.
The isolation to the exterior is also quite poor. It was very cold in the morning and, to my surprise, there was no hot water left apparently at 7:45am…! Nothing’s better than a cold shower to start the day…
Like pretty much every property in Ireland, this place lacks serious renovation. I cannot in good conscience give a good grade considering that it was lacking on some essential aspects.
And big up to the American group at the breakfast who just burped mouth open just over the common breakfast table.

Great location, in a quiet area yet only about five minutes away from the center of Galway.
Wonderful family-run establishment, Ciara is a great and super friendly hostess.
The breakfast is freshly prepared for each table and their protein balls are amazingly delicious.
A coffee maker in the room would be a welcome addition but nonetheless would happily stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent, Close to rail & car rental, near downtown
back street entrance was hard to find. no night stand near head of bed.

It is located privately in a beautiful quiet naiborhood. The host will go above and beyond to help you with anything and will make sure you feel welcome. The place has a homely feel and very pleasant atmosphere. The beds are super comfy. The room is very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is better than most places outside! I had the best French toast probably ever there. I loved it.

Adare Guesthouse was beautiful, clean and run by a lovely family. The breakfast was utterly delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was great. We easily walked from the train station with our bags, we easily walked to the Latin Quarter for nightly fun. Kira, who was our contact, had great recommendations for dinner and pubs. We liked her so much that I invited her to the USA.
Everything was tip top at Adare Guesthouse. We were impressed and satisfied with every aspect. What a warm welcome we had there. l

We loved our host Ciara! She was so kind, went above & beyond (like drying our soaking wet clothes from the Cliffs of Moher!), and communicated excellently. The stay is in a very central location - a quick walk to the main part of town.

I found this a very clean, well cared for homely guesthouse and it's at an ideal location too. Just a short stroll to the centre of Galway. Thank you Ciara

Kira was so kind and genuine. I loved it and can’t wait to go back.
A group of people late one night must have been coming back from the pub yelling and such. Not the fault of the b+b. It can happen given how close the location is to the center of town.

Incredible location and the best hosts! It was like having your own mini-tourism office :)
The check in information wasn’t sent until after 5p (and after I arrived). It would be great if it was emailed the night before so we would have known where to park and how to get in.
4.5
Lovely location in a small estate and very homely vibe
Only thing I’d say is there was a small draft in our room (15) but other than that it was perfect!

I was very happy with what i paid for my room. It was a short walk to the shops, pubs and to everything else in Galway. The check-in was fairly easy, and Mrs Ciara was extremely courteous. I called in earlier to inquire if i could leave my bags since u was going to get into Galways before my check-in, and aside from them accomodating me, my room was ready about 3 hours before. Everything was supee clean, and the room was very comfortable and chick. I only stayed one night, but I left very impressed with the place.
