Ein schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick zum entspannen.

Tolle Lage- man ist fußläufig schnell in der Stadt und hat auch die Nähe zum See. Die Ausstattung ist auch super und man fühlt sich wohl. die Betten sind bequem und in der Küche fehlt es einem an nix.

Vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Angebote fürs Frühstück, aber die Brötchen und Croissants waren auch schon lecker!

Sehr schöne ruhige Unterkunft mit toller Ausstattung und Parkhaus!

Perfekt, um Potsdam und Berlin zu entdecken! Die Rezeption ist bis 16:00 Uhr besetzt, - wir bekamen sofort die Zimmerkarten, die Karte für das Parkhaus (10 €/Nacht) und die Information über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Appartment mit Balkon hatte tolle Aussicht auf den See. Es war überkomplett ausgestattet und nett eingerichtet. Die Raumeinteilung ist sehr gut, das Schlafzimmer mittels Schiebetüren von zwei Seiten zu betreten.

- Nichts, alles perfekt und hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen! Die Strassenbahn ist 5 Minuten entfernt, Tickets sind in der Tram erhältlich, man fährt dann zuerst zum Hbhf, um von dort nach Ticketkauf ( Möglichkeit und Info am Schalter) mit der S-Bahn nach Berlin zu fahren. ABC für 24 h ist günstig und für alle Verkehrsmittel gültig!

Tolle Lage, schöne saubere Apartment, aber kein Hotel !!!

Wir haben vorher gewusst, dass es dort kein gewöhnliches Frühstück gibt und dass die Rezeption nicht ständig besetzt ist. Darum hatten wir auch nicht diese Erwartung. Sehr schöne saubere moderne Apartment mit toller Ausstattung und für uns ganz wichtig ohne Teppichböden. Check in am Automaten war sehr simpel.

Dieses Haus hat wirklich viel Potential was leider nicht genutzt wird. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Möbelausstatter. Die Lage ist sehr schön und dort wäre ein zum Hotel gehöriges Restaurant viel besser angebracht. Schade… Dieses Möbelgeschäft ist dort völlig fehl am Platz. Wer einen Hotelservice erwartet, ist dort falsch. Wir finden die Bezeichnung „Hotel Waveboard“ unpassend, da es sich nicht um ein Hotel handelt, sondern um ein Appartement-Haus.

Hell, groß und gemütlich modern, auch für Familien sehr geeignet

Sehr grosses Apartment mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See, großzügige Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Geräten, geschickte Raumaufteilung über Schiebetüren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und locker.

Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist schon lang.

Mycket fint och prisvärt boende

Mycket fint och påkostat. Bra sängar, fint badrum med bra dusch. Bra planlösning. I köket fanns kaffemaskin, vattenkokare, brödrost. Dock ingen mikrovågsugn Låg en bit utanför Berlin, men med spårvagn och tåg så var detta inga problem. Smidigt och lätt, en dygnsbiljett kostade ca 12 euro och gällde på all kollektivtrafik

Om vi ska klaga på något så var kuddarna inte så bra

Great mother-daughter holidays, waveboard is comfy

Everythink, well equipped kitchen, washing machine in the appartment, iron and ironing board as well. Large windows-a lots of light. Quiet place, nice neighborhood, bistro downstairs. Garage next door.

I had to have couple of zoom mtngs and I would appreciate stronger wifi. Also the bedroom part of the appt is without a window, so if the sliding doors are closed, it blocks air circulation. Sliding doors do not provide enough noice barrier if I had to work from early morning and the other person wanted to sleep. However, it was my mistake as the floor plan is clearly displayed among photos. We are definitely coming back-I will just book 2appts.

A dream choice for a vacation in Potsdam

This is a fantastic hotel, perhaps the best-equipped hotel we have stayed at. We traveled as a family with three children, and the rooms were simply amazing with a view of the bay with boats. The staff was perfect. The hotel is in the best location you could ask for in Potsdam, within walking distance of all the important centers of the city. We highly recommend this hotel.

Can't think of anything specific. Everything was beyond our expectations. At the same time, it is important to say that the hotel does not have air conditioning. There is a system that constantly keeps the temperature in the rooms at 25 degrees. Therefore it is not hot in the rooms.

Fantastic friendly welcoming staff was a great start to our stay ! The setting was glorious ! Very clean and well laid out with quality utensils and furniture ! Bed was soooo comfortable ! Would highly recommend this property, a definite 10/10..Well done ! 👏👏👏👏😎😎🌺🌺

Superb

The location was good. Our apartment was spacious, had a good view and good cross ventilation. Window shades and drapes were good at blocking light. There was a fan to keep the air circulating. The kitchen was nicely equipped; there was soap for the dishwasher. Also there were complimentary bottles of water. The coffee maker was a Smeg drip machine and there were filters but no coffee. The washer/dryer was in a cabinet in the bathroom, and there were soap pods for use. (The machine in our apartment was a Hotpoint Ariston WDD 9640, if you need to download the instruction manual like I did.)

Although there was air conditioning, there appeared to be a limit on it, so we weren't able to set it to a comfortable level for the heat wave while we were in town. There was no night light in the bathroom, and it was pitchdark for a nighttime bathroom run. Simplified instructions for the appliances would be a nice touch. I realize the property has no control over this, but FYI, trash and recycling pick-up was at 6am, on 2 separate days, and will wake you up. The bedroom doors are sliding barn doors, which don't close completely.

Lovely hotel, clean, large rooms. Well equiped kitchen. Balcony view - wonderful. Great staff both at the reception desk and in the café. Peaceful surroundings. There are a couple of restaurants nearby. Parking well organized.

Super nice!

Fantastic location and view, 1 min walk to the Fishbauergasse cultural venues. Spacious, modern, well-equipped, comfortable apartment, friendly staff. Good tram connections to the city centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back.

Superb

Waveboard hotel is located 30min drive to the city center Berlin. The location is calm,quite and nice. We had enough lake view from our room. But there are other rooms directly located front of hotel. Ask them specifically if they are free. The stuff is friendly and always with a smile. We walked in the morning and in the evening around lake. We had all the basic equipment in the room , the room was big enough to host for 6 members family. Also perfect place for settling down, writing books,finishing incomplete thesis. You have balcony you have very broad lake view you have your cigar you have your drink what else do you want. :) Don't forget to order cappuccino in the morning thank you for those nice coffees. We used closed parking place and got discount card for that. But public parking place behind the hotel also can be used. I recommend this place if someone looking a good location, worth to money till every cent, it is 30min drive to center Berlin, perfect for short term or long term or using as business flat, mid stop for long distance trips, small or large family's. Thanks.

Great self-catering accommodation with view of the lake

Great location just outside the main town, overlooking the lake. We stayed in an apartment overlooking the lake. The room was spacious with good kitchen facilities and a plenty of space. Reception staff were really lovely and helpful. Parking is available in the garage next door to the hotel but you can stop outside to load/unload bags. We found it ideal for visiting the sites of Potsdam and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location and good accommodations next to lake.

Fully contained apartment. Kettle, toaster, DW, Stove top, large fridge and washer/dryer all included and used. Balcony with partial view was great. Black-out blinds and curtains were amazing. 3-point doors were excellent. Supplies provided. Instructions for W/D were greatly appreciated (in a variety of languages). Large floor fan was awesome! Nice wooden and tile floors. Location on lake was grand. Restaurant next door was excellent. Ordering breakfast breads was a nice touch. Could walk to Bio. Could walk to Dutch Quarter. Tram and bus easy to get to. Very nice accommodations over all. The machine for after hours check- in was perfect!

A/C was on the warm side so fan helped a lot. No shampoo. Bed was a little hard. Bedsheet was either flannel or badly pilled. Wished for a top sheet or light cotton blanket. Duvets are too hot in summer. Some mold in shower. No facecloth (wash cloth). No place to put open luggage - we used the floor. Got a little loud on weekends with lakeside location.

we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed seeing our family and exploring Potsdam.

The setting was beautiful and we could walk to a playground and swimming beach. Also supermarkets were close by. The apartments were modern and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful in communicating before we arrived. They were also helpful while we were there.

The upper floor apartments were bigger and had better quality appliances than our ground floor apartment. I think. that number 4 was the smallest even among the other ground floor apartments. Also the cooling system in no 4 apartment did not work as well as the cooling systems in apartments 10 & 14. There were not many restaurants close by.

Nice but nothing special

Big apartment on 1st floor. More or less clean area. partial lake view. fully equipped kitchen.

The air conditioner couldn’t be regulated by us. unfortunately, the weather outside was pretty cold (18-20 degrees). the air conditioner was fixed to just 22 degrees. This was definitely not enough, especially when the floors are so cold! we had a baby with us and we were afraid to catch a cold. The hotel page mentioned bath robes and house shoes but we didn’t get any. also, there is coffee machine but no coffee to brew, so you better bring your own. There is no actual lake access, just a view. From the left side its a private territory, from the right side its a restaurant. Honestly, for the amount of money they charge, its not worth it…
