Nice hostel and staff!

Convenient location and not too crowded

The self check-in outside of the building is quite clumsy. The beds don’t give much privacy and sound/light isolation. Also, you are required to use their bedsheets but have to do it yourself.

Verschlechterung mit neuem Personal

Die Lage

Kompletter Personalwechsel und das neue Personal hat sehr wenig Gefühl für (Stamm)Gäste. Davor war sehr lange Jorien am Empfang/Service und da lief es immer perfekt. Auch nach der Frage eines speziellen Preises, da wir im Oktober 10 Tage kommen würde gesagt, ich soll wieder über Booking buchen. Kann ich gerne machen. In meinen Augen nicht professionell, unpersönlich und wir werden wahrscheinlich nicht mehr hier buchen.

Gem of a hostel

Excellent location. ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't use the kitchen area it looked well appointed and clean as were the dining areas. My private room was better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. It was spacious with good storage and a large table. The shower was great. The mattress was a bit softer than I like but it was comfortable and all of the bedding was spotless. This place is great value.

The elevator broke down on the Saturday evening and wasn't repaired by the time I left on Monday at lunchtime, thankfully I was on the 4th floor. The water also went off as well so I was unable to shower before going out. I don't like carpet in bedrooms. Another chair is needed. Hand soap for the sink is needed as it is separate from the toilet and shower room. The garden area would benefit from a tidy up and clean. Picnic benches would be a good asset instead of the inadequate furniture in place. I thoroughly recommend this place.

Very good except for the bed

Good room and bathroom for the price. Receptionist was really nice and helpful. Plenty of space downstairs and good kitchen facilities.

Ubicado muy cerca de la estación de tren. Las instalaciones son modernas y estaba todo limpio. Hay opción de desayuno por 10€.

İyiki bu hostele gelmişim tekrar görüşmek üzere

Konum mükemmel temizlik mükemmel güvenlik ortam her şey iyiydi 3 kişilik odada kaldığımı düşünmezsem sanki hostel değil otel gibiydi çalışanlar güleryüzlü sadece ben online checkin uygulamasını iphone için kullanamadım NFS ile alakalı olabilir kart verdiler onunla giriş çıkış yaptım.

Çok zorluyorum olumsuz ne olabilir diye düşünürsem bar belki 22:00 sonrası da açık olabilirdi onun harici her şey iyi

Makkelijk en comfortabel!

Uitgebreide keuken. Makkelijke incheck en uitcheck.

Stopcontact bij het bed deed het niet. Warm in de kamer, zelfs met raam open. Misschien nog handzeep bij de wasbak?

The worst experience ever

We found bed bugs in our room next to sink, we reported the issue to the hotel in order to get the refund. They refused to do so, horrible customer service … All our clothes were damaged..

We are disappointed with the customer service... when we found the bed bugs and reported it to the receptionist, we were told it could happen in any hotel.... like seriously ?? They offered to wash our clothes, they took the matter lightly ! after multiple reminders, we were told it was not possible to get a refund.

adecuada ubicacion, mejoraria la calidad del colchon, estan demasiado blandos que puede ser por el uso, la habitacion me parecio fria, sin lograr mejorar con el calentador.

Lindo y amplio hostel con buenas instalaciones. Cocina linda y completa.

La cocina, la habitación, el personal, lugar para dejar el equipaje guardado.

Tal vez para alguien sea algo complicado la forma que tiene de hacer check in, llaves y demás. Es todo mediante una aplicación. Pero creo que tranquilamente se podría hacer igual de forma convencional ya que hay recepción abierta siempre.

location to centre. comfortable bed.

the room light is sensor - super sensitive; rolling in bed would turn the light on so not a great night sleep. small room and shallow bunks so felt like I was right next to the face of top bunk person when sorting out my stuff. online checkin i didn’t like having to upload stuff.

location is great - a few steps away from train station, FlixBus stop, city centre. rooms are small, but exceptionally clean, was waiting for much poorer conditions, linens and towel are clean as well. not much things in the room - bed, small locker (do not forget to bring the lock! it is not provided), bunk beds, sink, toilet and shower. great thing that there was a hairdryer and socket next to each bed. staff is friendly, speaks English.

the view was incredible! it was especially nice that our floor was all single rooms, meaning that traffic from the dorms didn’t interrupt us, we also loved the new renovations and incredible size!

Great and cheap accommodation close to all attractions of Antwerp. Clean and comfortable room with private bathroom. Couldn’t expect more for such a great price!

Room was just big enough. Shower was warm (though broken at first). Good location.

Self Check-in was a bit tedious. I had to download an app while I was on the road. There are no comfy couches in the communal area. The beds are quite small and hard. The windows let throug a lot of noise.
