An excellent service by Radisson. Truly, value for money. We were approached before our stay for any travel arrangements required. We were allotted Mr. Siddharth as our go to person and we really appreciate his proactive approach and excellent service during our stay. We also had our toddler with us and Mr. Siddharth made sure we have all the comfort with our little one. Food and facilities were excellent as well. Will surely visit again.
Not Applicable. We had a pleasant stay.

The hospitality that we received through the staff and specifically the cultural events with high tea in the evening was the experience for the lifetime
We requested for king bed and while booking online it was also specified but at the time of check-in, we were informed that room with only twin beds is available and if we require the king bed then we need to update the room with extra charges, these should be avoided as it was already mentioned during booking

The day we checked into our room.
1. no hand towels in the bathroom. Called one push service and requested the hand towels.
2. The sink got blocked when used.
3. The shower rail was lose and could come off any time.
4. We chose this property- as the description states 5 star with outdoor swimming pool.
5. When we went to the pool it was littered with insects in the water, the steps into the pool and the perimeter wall were covered with green algae. The water was still. Pool not cleaned. Has no one present like a life saver or assistant with towel etc.
6. the tiles on the edge of the steps were missing leaving exposes sharp edges of the remaining tiles .
7. We were shocked to see total lack of consideration for the safety of the swimmers. The edging stones were loose, uneven and some completely come off the cement and the grouting. It’s extremely dangerous for anyone to use. Being diabetic I would not risk it.
8. They should have investigated my complaint and close the swiming pool until it was safe for the guest to use it.
So paid a five star price for the 3 nights and got a service of 3 star as we could not use the pool, including other invconviences mentioned above. I had a chat with the duty Manager Mr Pankaj to make him aware of all these issues. He sorted the shower rail and the sink issue. But the pool even on the day we checked out was still not attended to as the pictures shows.
For those who wants to spead 5 star price for the service, experience and use of pool and spa there are far better places in Udaipur than the Raddison Blu . Raddison Charges 5 star rate with ‘zero’ consideration for the guest when it comes to guests safety and general experiences for those who book to stay with them. Basic things like hand towels, sink issues and lose showe rails goes on to show ‘ a don’t care attitude’ by the management from top to bottom . I have strike off Raddison off my radar for any further stay with this name.

The customer service was very good
The faulty room air condition & no hot water service really was annoying

Visually the hotel looked nice. The grounds were well maintained and it had the appearance of a 5 star resort.
Prior to arrival I got a call wanting me to confirm the requirements for the stay despite listing those things in the booking. There was not hot water for showers. It was like warm at best. We tried to get it fixed but there was nothing that could be done. Tried showering at different times but same result. Very unsatisfactory. The food options for a 5 star resort were very disappointing overall for a 5 star western brand resort. One night, we both ordered the salmon and rather than us both getting the salmon each they brought out one to share. When we pointed out the mistake, the waiter then expected one of us to eat this while the other waited for another meal to be cooked. I told them to make two new dishes but when they returned, we had one new dish and the original which was now cold and dry. I then asked for a new salmon dish to be cooked and served but what came out looked like the same dish re-heated with raw vegetables. At that point I gave up and just ate it. The staff just didn’t seem to understand what was wrong and couldn’t understand what the best customer outcome should be. This was clearly poor training. The manager came over and apologised and offered naan bread and complimentary dessert, which at that point was not what we wanted. Eventually a more senior manager said that we would not have to pay. At the end we got a bill for one glass of wine and water, which in the scheme of things seemed petty to charge us for this. This experience really highlighted the need for better training of restaurant staff. We had numerous interactions with staff that showed a real lack of understanding in how to deal with basic requests and what to do in situations where things went wrong. I would not recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Udaipur hotel, and I had a pleasant experience. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities and overall ambiance added to the comfort of my visit. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a positive stay in Udaipur.
Everything was great.

Only the view was good that too from outside porch
Too noisy. Corridor noise reaches the room. Washroom drains are noisy, fittings are old and dirty. There is musty smell in the rooms and washrooms.
Their highest category rooms don’t have good view and the bathrooms are in bad state.

The building is an architectural masterpiece
The rooms are old and need an upgrade. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours. The hotel is very noisy even after midnight. Definitely not value for money.

The Radisson Blue has great natural surrounding comprising View of Lake and Beautiful gardens. Rooms were spacious and provided all comfort
The food was not up to mark. We ordered Amritsari Fish and what we got was a fish Pakora spoiling all natural taste of Basa Fish. If you would have followed international standards, its preparation could have been much better
8.0 / 10.0
The staff and ambiance were good. The food and service were good.
But the Bed and pillows were too much soft which gives back pain. Also, the plug holders were not working properly in the rooms which were given to us.
