The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The temperature of the water in the pool was just right to encourage swimming. The pool area was also inviting and relaxing.
The was one non-working bedside lamp in my room. Everything else was great!
3.5
Good service decent facilities pool floor was a little rough but glveey good value for money
Place a bit run down the room beds were terrible. Paid for four people but the room could only handle 2 people. But we made it work and the place was nice.

staff was plesant
Reservations was made with spouse card, all information was submitted prior to arrival:
1 Letter of Authorisatiom
2 Copy of her Credit Card
3 Copy Of her ID
This was clearly stated, that my incidentals shoud be charged to that card
However, at chek in I was asked for a credit card to be placed on file.this shows a lack of communication between reservation and front Office.
If time was spent to put all that in place NO GUEST wants to be checking in and have to explain that all such info was sent to reservation. ( FIRST IMPRESSSIOIN)

Ontbijt mocht meer variëren
Meer keus bij het ontbijt en een kerst diner

The hall way had a musky scent.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but that was about the end of it.
Despite the cruise ships that drop off across the street, there was nothing around the hotel but industry. Few restaurants, no convenience store or grocery. Everything closes at 6 and there is nothing to do.

The room
Front desk staff - not that pleasant or welcoming

Breakfast was great, there was enough variety for everyone.
The price of the breakfast should be included in the price of the accommodation, I do not remember seeing that option.

Staff were welcoming. Camille in the brunch service is worth a special mention. She was excellent, friendly and professional.
Towels weren’t changed on 2nd night despite request. Toilet paper ran out along with shower gel. Called reception and Donna came to our rescue, very friendly and accommodating. Other downside is the coffee in the room/no milk provided no biscuits/refreshments (expected at Radisson).

Expected more for the price but was pleasant enough.
Location gym pool lobby free computer use and printing
Varying standard In room as I made 2 bookings
Having no response to a request for additional amenities

Didn't have breakfast
My experience was very enjoyable

The breakfast was good for me. There is really not much of a variety for young adults. But they enjoyed it nevertheless.
Checking in for 3pm. Still got there late like after 3 and the room was not ready till 5:40pm. Having to organize for a graduation. The fridge in the room was hotttttttt and the bathroom shower was not working. I thought the bathroom would have flood because the water was not running off fast enough.

Rooms were very small

the staff , very courteous
cleanliness, little more effort with respect to room service (the empty trays shouldn’t be left outside the room for more than 4hrs. for instance I did ask about placement and I was assured they do checks through out the night , however when I left the room at 9am it was still outside the door and I came back up at 1pm and it was still at the door …. this was a dinner plate from the night before ) not exactly sanitary . lighting fixtures should be added to the room ie. lamps or another over head light .

Entrance was pleasant and secure. Hotel staff was very nice. A little bit of a wait when I went to the bar but the stay was very comfortable and nice
When I booked threw the site says breakfast was included when I checked in at hotel the staff told me that I didn't book with breakfast included but could pay for breakfast if i came down to the gallery. This is after I paid for my room. I was like wow. Room was clean and cool. Upon entry to the 8th floor seemed as if the floor was being remodeled very hot in hallway in route to the room but upon entry to the room was very cool and clean. Only thing that was missing was hand towels. Went to bar to get beers and the bar lady said I had an opener in the room so had to make a trip back to bar for opener. Didn't mind and I was taking a little tour. The ice machine on the 8th floor did not work the staff said go to 7th floor to get ice. Door to the room would not shut all the way so had to push shut to be sure to close. No complaints 👌🏾 as everything was good when I mentioned it to the clerk at desk.
3.5
good location, big and comfortable bed
you can not pay contactless (apple pay/pay pass), hotel is very old
3.5
big bedrooms, good AC, pool OK
noisy location opposite main Fire Station, no double glazing, very expensive food and drink offerings, staff totally disinterested, additional 10% service charge is an insult

I had an issue with the electricity going out in my room and I was quickly relocated to another room. An employee by the name of Karissa/Carissa was so attentive. She came up to the room and made sure all my stuff was transferred to the new room and that I was satisfied and comfortable. She made the difference in my stay. we really appreciated that.

Location was perfect as I was able to walk to most to my meeting locations. Kindly add the following stay to my Radisson Rewards .

The bed was very comfortable the room was very nice.
Housekeeping was very good, however, we did have to ask for bath robes, they were not readily available.
Staff were friendly, polite and helpful.
The communal areas within the hotel were not so clean and the overall appearance, tired and needs some attention. The service at the bar was very slow, with a time consuming process of staff not having a card reader machine located at the bar and having to go to the resturant to get it before payment could be made. The quality of the food in the resturant was not very good and not value for money at all.

Breakfast was not good on the second day. No value for money. Today Saturday it was great
The cleaning of the room. I was bitten by bed bugs in 2 different rooms. The staff tried their best but it was very uncomfortable.
3.5
good location
overpriced, terrible service. I was double charged a significant amount of money, this was confirmed by the hotel two weeks a ago but I’m still yet to receive my refund and had not contact from the customers service reference this. I will never stay at a Radisson again

Good place to sit outside in the restaurant/ bar by the pool, very friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant/ bar.
Central location, good connection to the ferry harbour,, Independent Square.
And: inside the hotel is a shop with beautiful regional products, arts and crafts.
Windows cannot be opened because of the AC.

Very good sized rooms, good view out to sea and very very comfy bed.
Breakfast wasn't included the second time and it would have been the equivalent of £35pp for a very average breakfast!
First room we stayed in the bathroom was very dated - in the second it was updated but not quite finished off!

'Loved' the room generally, loved the staff they were all so polite. Housekeeping thumbs up to them!
Wi-Fi in room was thumbs down. They need to do better, much better with 'network television' signal, namely CBS and NBC which kept going off MOST nights for hours, to come back some time the following morning???
