Prachtige plek in Casco Viego,

Пансион расположен в очень удачном районе города, близко ко всем ресторанам, центральной улице и площади, рядом есть магазины, аптеки, сувенирные лавки. Есть возможность оставить багаж до заселения, очень удобно. На одном из этажей есть небольшая общая зона ожидания с диваном, креслами и столиком, кулер с водой. На этом, собственно, плюсы заканчиваются.

Несмотря на очевидную работу с дизайном, сложилось общее впечатление неопрятности и захудалости. Возможно, отель старый. В глаза это не бросается, но есть ощущение брезгливости. В некоторых местах на стенах и балках невооруженным глазом видна пыль, где-то грязь. В номере за 115 евро ожидалось окно с видом во внутренний двор, но на самом деле это просто окно в узкий, серый и затхлый "колодец". Ванная скорее грязная и затхлая, на раковину постоянно сыпались черные частички (штукатурки?). На батарее в комнате грязь. Слышимость, конечно же, ужасающая. Кроме девушки с ресепшна никто не говорит по-английски, но она приходит только с 15 часов. Размер номера, несмотря на заявленные 25м, визуально и по ощущениям был меньше. Двум людям не разойтись) Может быть 115 евро за ночь это и не много, но в сравнении с другими по соотношению цены и качества пансион явно проигрывает.

clean; rooms well furnished and spacious enough for two friends; location was too. thanks for the coffee

very very noisy water system; and in the first room we stayed in (1) the water pressure in the shower was not good. A kettle in the room or lounge area would be welcome.

Plenty of character in lovely Bilboa

Well located in Bilboa. Walking to all locations & just near the river. Most comfortable bed & pillows for an extra good sleep. Lift availability for luggage as it’s is up 1-2 flights of stairs. Great instructions for parking & locating the hotel.

The weird loud macerator toilet. Very dusty lamps walls etc. not always hot water for showers often only warm.

fantastische lokatie , in het oude centrum en prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Comfort en de inrichting van het appartement was zeer goed, evenals de slaapkamers

de gemeentelijke schoonmakers, buiten op de straat , waren wel zeer aanwezig.

The beds were amazing. The rooms were generously sized. Location perfect in the heart of the old town.

Check in was delayed and I had to wait outside in the hot sun. But I drank a coffee in the little cafe opposite while waiting!

This "pension" is overrated.

Location is very central.

Bad communication and aggresive and rude staff. Reception is almost always closed, keys do no work and front line staff does not speak any other language than "angry Spanish". The people that work here are not fit to work in hospitality.

Probably the best ubicación you would want in the casco viejo Surrounded by números olaces to eat amongst the Real Nightlife of the locals Very clean the Streets and the Pensión was in an los Building but with all the enjoyabke comforts Staff very welcoming and efficient Price /value very correct Dont hesitate at all to visita such a vibrant and interesting City as Bilbao The Guggenheim of course Tops it all Very friendly city overall Highly recommended the pension Gracias por todo

very noisy bathroom / toilet… Not sure if the toilets were chemical toilets, but they seem to have like a pump that came on if you were using the shower, or the toilets and you could hear the room’s next door as well as obviously your own
