Great location and view to die for!

The location is perfect - smack in the middle and close to everything! Perfect for MTB, trail running and hiking in all of the Hinterglemm area: trails and lifts are only 5-10 min. walk away (and nice Supermarket just across the street) Only 10 min. bike ride down to the Saalbach MTB area and Sallbach city. We had a really nice, big and clean apartment with the most spectacular panoramic view of the mountains from the large balcony. Nice facilities for MTB's (e.g. locker room/bike parking and cleaning station etc.) - that's a plus and also easy parking, even with a big car. A great treat is the wellness area, nice little pool, a great sauna and a nice sun terrasse - all with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains. Food at the the restaurant is great and really helpful staff who even helped sending some bike parts back to Denmark for us afterwards. Last but not least really nice, cosy and stylish interior design all over and super clean! We will definitely come back :-)

Superb location, superb room

Room was gorgeous.

I find the bed a bit narrow for two people, but that was only a slight inconvenience. There was dust below the bed, otherwise the room was very clean.

Great Interior and good location but lack of soundproof.

Interior and location are great.

Soundproof of the room is very bad. The room doors seems made from cardboard and therefore audibility everything happens outside like inside your room.

Breakfast was great and with an amazing view! The restaurant is also really good. It is also in a great location and has really good facilities for storing your bicycle and washing it if it gets muddy.

The room was advertised as having air-conditioning which is why we specifically rented it however there was none available in the room - there was a heatwave of 41+ degrees and the room had underfloor heating on! We couldn't keep the windows open either as insects would get in so we had a hard time sleeping on a hot bed with quilts.

Good location, modern, and great food.

We loved our stay at this hotel, it is in a great location, easily walkable to the ski lifts. Our apartment was modern, spacious and clean. All rooms have their own locker which is heated, to store all of your ski equipment. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was really good, we eat there most nights.

Excellent location and facilities

Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious and equipped to a high specification with everything we needed for a highly enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay. Excellent location within walking distance of lifts and shops. Especially liked the wellness centre with outside hot tub, which was very popular with adults and children as a supplement or alternative to a day's skiing. Also has a nice pizza restaurant on the ground floor, which is very popular so booking is recommended. All the staff, especially the cleaning staff, we're very friendly and helpful

A minor gripe, but larger bedside tables would have been useful.

Great hotel for mountain bikers.

The hotel is nice and clean. It includes a spa, serves superb breakfast and it located very close to the city center of Hinterglemm. Its well equipped or mountain biking with a storage room, washing station, tools and a compressor. I really recommend it for mountain bikers both because of the great breakfast and the utilities.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, unfortunately the wifi didn't work 90% of the time. Had to go down the lobby to use Wifi. We were 4 people and everyone had problems with Wifi.
