Un logement conforme, mais quelques points négatifs

Le logement était conforme à la description, avec un intérieur propre et bien équipé. La décoration était agréable, et les équipements mis à disposition répondaient à nos attentes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation qui nous permettait d'accéder facilement aux principales attractions de la ville.

Cependant, deux aspects ont quelque peu terni notre expérience. Le manque de place de parking s'est avéré problématique, surtout dans un quartier où il est difficile de trouver une place à proximité. De plus, le bruit environnant, surtout la nuit, a rendu le sommeil difficile, ce qui a impacté notre confort général. En résumé, un logement fidèle à sa description, mais l'absence de parking dédié et les nuisances sonores pourraient poser problème pour ceux qui recherchent un séjour calme et sans soucis.

Apartamento muy amplio y con buena ubicación

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, tiene de todo y es amplio. Además el nuestro, al estar en la planta baja tenía un patio con mesa y sillas.

Algo difícil conseguir aparcamiento, pero con un poco de paciencia se consigue

Dias muito agradaveis em um ambiente aconchegante.

Localização e ter maquina de lavar roupas. O ar condicionado também é excelente! A Anfitriã foi muito prestativa e atenciosa.

The location is good, also in a quiet neighbourhood. The host is very helpful and friendly, everything in the apartment is good and convenient, like a second home.

Un emplacement ldéal proche du centre en 5 minutes , un appartement fonctionnel et qui dispose de tout ce dont on à besoin , un accés en autonomie. Marina est trés accueillante et sympathique , elle nous a aidé pour récupérer notre voiture à la fourriére. Merci pour tout. 😀

公寓位于一个街区内，离老城很近！小区门口有一棵桂花树，金色的桂花香气扑鼻；整体非常干净整洁，宽敞明亮，拥有现代化的电器。工作人员热情友好，提供了一个很好的停车位置：这相当重要，因为老城内停车位很紧张。

It felt very safe and comfortable

Marina, the hostess was waiting for me to welcome and provide instructions in person. It felt very good to have someone receive me warmly. She was very friendly and concerned that everything was okay. She was always there ever ready and willing to attend to anything I needed. More than all, Marina is a very dependable hostess, who really cares for her guests and doing everything to make sure guests have an enjoyable and worry less stay.

Perfect stay!

Nice and new apartment, good location, parking, good host

It’s a building full of apartments. We were not lucky and our neighbors were having a party during the night. Thanks to Marina, the party stopped and we could sleep

Comfy!

The quality of the fixtures and fittings, the available facilities, everything really! I wasn't expecting such a pleasant and comfortable apartment. The size was perfect for the two of us plus our 1 year old, and the room was pretty baby proof so she was able to just bumble around without us having to worry about he injuring herself.

The only issue I found was the overhead shower was more of a torrent than a shower! Not the end of the world.

Great location and a comfortable base

We loved how close the apartment is to the old town, about a 10 min walk. Well equipped apartment for a few days stay, and very comfortable bed.

Superb

The facilities, including a washing machine in my apartment, were great. Location is good with a 10 minute walk to old town. Host was keen to ensure I enjoyed my stay.

Parking is a bit difficult if you don't get the reserved space, but it's do-able (you can find free parking within a few blocks, at least in off season).

The apartment has great location, 10 minutes walk from the heart of Split. Very clean, with comfortable bed, two sizes of pillows to choose from, warm floors in the bathroom (it was a nice option in November). We were given slippers on request, as in the middle of November the floors were very cold. we also were allowed to check out an hour later than we were supposed to.

It’s quite tricky to find a parking place for a car, even out of season.

Nice little spot close to town

Good set of equipment available. Washing machine and dishwasher were a plus. Nice to have the clothes airer outside too. Parking is available with the flat which is a great bonus in Split.

Floors could do with good mop whilst they were visually clean and clearly swept our feet were filthy from walking on them

Superb

I liked the location ,close to everything. Host is very helpful, bed is comfortable. Apartments has a washer which is very helpful ,also there is dishwasher, kitchen has everything if you want to cook..Very nice sitting area outside to have breakfast in the morning

Exceptional

We had just a perfect stay. Everything was very comfortable and very clean. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed. We could use a washing machine that was very handy after traveling for a while. Very conveniently located , short walk to the old town. Host was very nice, helpful and responsive.

We had to look for the parking on the street, since parking in front of apartment was occupied. Both times it didn't take much time to find the spot, but the streets are very narrow and it may be difficult to park with bigger car or for less experience driver.

Marina the host was really nice and communicative . Always answering my text messages.

It had four things I look for. 1) dairy Queen.2) very safe. 3) close proximity ( ten minute walk whole town). 4) Great price

The front door What’s glass which one you could see through kind of see through and In the morning! This could be fixed simply with a roll down blind.

Marina the manager was amazing, so helpful and caring. The property was newly renovated, in a great location and had everything you needed. Only 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The pictures don't do the property justice.

The owner was in a meeting and wouldn't answer her phone, so took a while to get access to the property. Need a little ironing table.
