Relaxing and awesome

The layout, furniture and views were fantastic. Loved that the balcony allowed for a whole 180degree view and close to the pool.

Awesome view, comfy couch and beds, good cooking facilities x box

BBQ didn't work, out of gas. Would have liked more tea and sugar. Would have been nice to have a small selection of condiments salt, pepper, oil etc. Vacuum cleaner head broken.

missing the easy necessities but all the bones of what we needed

The location was super convenient and it had everything we needed. when we requested a mop etc you were super responsive and quick to get us what we needed

we were there for two weeks, no cleaning products- no spray and wipe, we had to buy washing powder and dishwasher liquid. lots of parties up stairs.

Apartment was cosy and at a great location! It had a buggy along with the apartment which was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also allowed late checkout for us as our flight was little late in the arvo

Few things were not working like exhaust in one of the bathrooms and spa. Not a biggie And there were cockroaches in the apartment :(

Location, view, and very friendly staff.

Very dirty doonas and some towels. Ants in kitchen and main bedroom, even in the bed. Jacuzzi was not working. Very basic kitchen, no even a proper knife...

Great value for money and perfect for a young family

6 is well laid out. Both bedrooms large and beds very comfortable but 2nd room bed kept separating. Kitchen had all required to cook. Fridge good size and very clean, as is all of the Apartment. Verandah great for afternoon drinks. Contact with staff always pleasant and staff always helpful.

Cobwebs behind curtains, particularly 2nd guest room. Although a buggy is provided and great for day travels, if wanting to drink alcohol there is no close suitable free bus service. The green and blue bus lines stops are not suitable for anyone who cannot walk long distances or up hills.

Perfect Family Holiday

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location with a limited but stunning view. Superb Vista of the sea through palms and other flora. Tranquil, peaceful yet close to the pool. Short buggy ride to beautiful marina or beach. Trip to Whitehaven and Chalk beach is a must! Make the effort to do the Bush tracks to Pinnacle point and Coral Cove. Well worth it!

A well equipped apartment but hated using metal utensils on non stick pans. Some wooden or plastic utensils please. Buggy was a but tired and slow on the hills with a full load but replaced with a brand new GT version on our last day. Next guests should have fun!

We love Hamilton island

We love the space of the 3 bed apartment. It was quiet ,great views and the air con was great

Nothing except the the 3 buggies we had. 1st and 2nd wouldn’t climb hills. 3rd was great

Nice and comfy with good cooking facilities.

Great location, comfy beds, pool was close by and lovely to swim in. Nice view and close to everything.

Advertised with a spa - spa didn’t work. This was one of the reasons we chose Pinnacle over some others. Buggy was slow and embarrassing. Kept having people overtake us. Pictures show curtains upstairs - there were none. These might have helped in keeping the place cooler instead of having to run air con and fans all day. Air con downstairs was constantly buzzing and had to buy ear plugs to help sleep. Needed a clothes airer to be able to do washing and dry our clothes (I noticed others had them)

Wonderful stay

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It was great to have the golf buggy to travel around in.

The only very slight issue is that I had hoped for a great view but mostly It was a view of the accommodation in front apart from a small area from the top balcony.

Issues with air cons in bedrooms. 2nd bedroom maintenance came out to fix apparently there is an on going issue with this aircon. Also aircon in main bedroom doesn't work effectively,not very cold.

Great location, and views - don’t expect any bells and whistles.

- Spacious apartment with beautiful views - Location - Buggy included in rental - BBQ facility

The property mgmt. team request you to remove all rubbish prior to checking out however there was not enough rubbish bags supplied making it quite challenging to do so. If you want your guests to remove all rubbish, you should at least provide them with enough bags to do so. The property isn’t adequately stocked with kitchen staples such as salt, pepper etc. There were no hand washes/ soaps in any of the bathrooms/ toilets and an inadequate amount of toiletries such as shampoo, body wash etc. given the duration of our stay & number of guests snooker. Our airport transfer was 30 mins late picking us up from the airport on our arrival date. We were unable to access the apartment at the 2pm check in time. When we arrived at the property, the cleaner was still cleaning and advised us that we wouldn’t be able to access it for a further 1.5-2hrs. Our check in was therefore 3:30pm as opposed to 2pm. We would have preferred to be notified of this delay in advance. The buggy tyre was flat not long after we picked it up at the airport on arrival. We needed to pump it twice over the course of our 5 day stay. The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom didn’t appear to work very well and needed to be used in conjunction with the ceiling fan. The shared pool isn’t well maintained - it didn’t look like it had been cleaned for some time and the sun loungers didn’t have any cushions. The mattress in the master room wasn’t overly comfortable.

extremely poor, and disappointing for the money that we paid.

the room on arrival was not clean. sitting upon the lounge showed the filth, that was stuck between the lounge. I have photos of this. the sofa bed was clearly soiled, my son was to sleep on this bed but the springs were also broken on this sofa bed. Therefore he slept on the lounge. The room which we slept in had a television that did not work, it would not tune into any stations. The air conditioner in the room of which my daughter and husband were in was very noisy. the cot that was supplied with the room was broken. the towel rail in the bathroom was broken. All of the points were emailed and were verbally described to the booking manager. she supported our concerns.

A great getaway for all of our family - perfect destination to suit the needs of our 3 generations

Easy entry via keycode on doors, having the use of a buggy for each of the two apartments we stayed in for the duration, and after we checked out to the time of our flight, was very helpful. The staff and valet services were very accommodating and helpful. Pinnacle 1 owner's repainting, new furniture and recently stocked kitchen utensils gave it a "new feel".

Pinnacle 7 did not have enough cutlery or glasses to service 6 people. Vegemite jars for wine glasses may be kitch but not our thing. Otherwise very happy.

Nice and bright apartment, appeared clean on arrival. The room had Netflix.

Toilet seat was broken, very average fry pan, no basic tongs needed to go buy some, no hot plate on the BBQ therefore could barley cook on it. No quilt cover on any of the beds which made it a very uncomfortable sleep and the sheets would end up at your feet in the middle of the night, also very u hygienic just using the bare doona which you could see how dirty it was.

Overall very happy with choosing this apartment and highly recommend it to friends.

We stayed in room 2 and it was as beautiful as the listing photos! This is the room to book for that view . The view from the balcony is a clear ocean view. As a family of 5 this room was big enough to be extremely comfortable and lots of space too. The main bathroom had a double sink which was nice not to share with hubby. The kids had their own bathroom. 3 toilets which was handy too. Very happy this room comes with a buggy as it’s a must have for the island. Transfer from the airport were on time and super easy too.

Not much I didn’t like but I was surprised (maybe I didn’t read it on the listing description) that it’s a double story apartment and this could be a problem for some. The bedrooms and laundry are downstairs and kitchen and living areas upstairs . There’s floor boards throughout the apartment so can get very noisy especially with kids. I also need to put this in as hubby found the bed extremely uncomfortable as his side of the bed was tilted. Despite this was minor for us and still highly recommend.

Pinnacle Apartment 1 - Review

On arrival we were greeted by the Valet Service, handed the key to the apartments own buggy and escorted to the accommodation. The apartment had every amenity you could possibly want, it was neat, very clean and had aircon in every room. Gorgeous views, wildlife at your doorstep, and the buggy was excellent. Highly recommend for your stay in paradise.
