Had neighbouring room playing loud music late, when asked they came and gave a warning, had to ask again, i believe that they were moved out. Great response, very grateful for the response.

Just needed a bit of pride shown, mowing the lawns and highlighting the front entrance

Wouldn’t stay again

Third room we were offered was large and had a nice updated bathroom and clean sheets and lift access from car park. Lone reception clerk was helpful with changing rooms.

A little unnerving as we felt like we were about the only guests staying at this huge and run down multi block establishment. Initial rooms offered were difficult to access through the vast, ornate wedding type reception area then through the car park and up steps. Initial 2 rooms offered were smelly with dirty carpet.

great easy location room was great big beds

needed a bond deposit didn’t have a credit card on me lucky I had cash but then had to wait 20 minutes while housekeeping checked the room to ensure no breakages or theft 😢 if had credit card would be 4 days to get back (heard other guests ask)

A shame & sad

close to Airport for our early flight out

The website looked amazing when we booked through bookings.com. Every picture is from at least 5 years ago, the hotel is so run down and such as a shame as maybe once it was nice. staff don’t care as the front desk manager said they only want the cancelled flights and crew staff business not couples on Holiday. Our first room was really dirty, windows with hand marks,stains on the chairs and bed, yes we were moved to a larger cleaner room but honestly thought we were staying in an episode of abandoned hotels as there was no one around. Bar area not open to public and restaurant closed at 8pm

Extremely disappointing from check in to check out!

The bed was huge & comfortable. Shower was clean & good pressure

The customer service was extremely poor, we had a fair bit of luggage as we had our 10 month old with us. It was raining & not one staff member assisted us to our room (there was two staff in reception & no other guests checking in) which was up a very steep incline. The room was hard to find with absolutely no signage to direct you. Once we got into the corridor to find our room the carpet was filthy. We had to call reception for two towels as there was only one provided for a booking of three. We had booked a cot & there was no sheet on the cot mattress just a blanket!
