deal place to choose for travelling in a group or family

Location is good, quite near to the old town and train connection about 5mins away. Ideal place to choose for travelling with family or in a group. Recommended!

There are some water damage to the floor near bathroom as well as kitchen cabinet. Apart from that other facilities are in good condition. One of the room in the house was locked for storage purpose.

value for money, safe and quiet area

location and apartment was fine for a single night stay for 4, booked at last minute. check-in a bit struggling as did not receive email with a code for key-box, but solved during a phone call

hate spiders. found a dead one on the table in the apartment 😀

perfect cozy and clean apartment (we were 5), parking easy and walk to the center possible

Very reactive host. Apartment is straight forward and clean . Coffee and refreshments are available.

It is a nice and quiet room, in a very livible neighborhood close to the old city center. we parked the car near the stadion where we also went to a nice outdoor swimmingpool.

The location is perfect for our needs. Lovely, quaint little neighborhood in the middle of a very lively part of the city.

The description of the hotel did not correspond to reality. Very dirty. I do not recommend.

:( I would like the hotel owner to see how the rooms are cleaned and what conditions he offers to the customers!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel room has a nasty smell and is especially dirty, it is not clear when it was cleaned here - a 1 cm thick layer of dust under the bed, like fur, cobwebs in the corners, which are dusty, because apparently they formed here more than a year ago (attach photo). The description of the room inventory on Booking.com does not correspond to reality. The room was for 3 people, but there were 2 bar stools, one table (plate attached to the wall). The kitchen mentioned in the hotel description is just a 50 cm x 50 cm corner with a mini fridge and a shelf above it for storing dishes. The dishes for the three persons were as follows: 1 tablespoon, 1 knife, 1 bowl, 1 plate, 2 glasses and 4 cups. Wardrobe, it's just hooks on the wall to hang clothes. In the bathroom, the sink is miniature - does not fit two hands at the same time. So, to add water to the coffee machine, you should pour it with spoons. True, we didn’t use a coffee machine because it was disgusting to use anything here. The shower door has no handles from the inside, it must be closed when entering the shower cabin by grasping the screw. The description of this hotel says that it does not require a prepayment and can be paid on arrival, but when I booked and confirmed the booking, the money was debited from my card at the same time. I will definitely not stay here anymore and I do not recommend to others.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property and I recommend any visitor to use it. The property owner is a very nice open sympathetic person. The area is very central and quiet.
