Efficace et agréable

La description claire de ce que je devais faire en arrivant tard (22h). La bonne heur et la sympathie du personnel polyvalent lors du petit déjeuner. Ils ont même donner des conseils touristiques et de trajets! L'insonorisation des chambres.

Les chaînes de TV en VO ? Je n'ai jamais vu ça j'ai pu mettre des sous titres mais je n'ai pas trouvé comment mettre ou remettre les chaînes en français. Pas de quoi gâcher mon appréciation positive de l'établissement. Pas d'instruction pour le Wi-Fi, j'ignore donc si l'hôtel en possédait un ?

Good value, convenient, clean and comfortable stop-over.

Big room and decent sized shower room. Everything was spotlessly clean. No drinking water was provided. No kettle either. However, the receptionist was very helpful and filled up my travel mug with boiling water (for tea) and found us two extra pillows. I gather that they are in short supply though! Our room at the back looked over the golf course. We SHOULD have had the good-value breakfast!

Discreta tappa intermedia

Posizione comoda in caso di tappa intermedia su un lungo trasferimento. Purtroppo distante dal centro abitato ed è stato necessario usare l'auto per raggiungere e visitare Riom. Camera in ordine ed abbastanza pulita. Ottima cosa la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto.

Siamo in Francia e so che è un'utopia. Ma non mi è piaciuta la mancanza del bidet. Viene chiesto di ridurre il consumo dell'acqua, ma se anziché la doccia si potesse usufruire del bidet sarebbe sicuramente un consumo minore. Invece... Altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il check in. Le persone prima di me, più anziane, hanno avuto molte difficoltà ad accedere all'hotel. Una persona che riceva gli ospiti sarebbe migliore di dover fare tutto tramite tablet all'esterno

Difficile de trouver Difficile de rentrer (fonctionnement des codes etc ) Douche dangereuse : marche élevée, manque de poignées pour se tenir , sol très glissant. Résultat la serviette posée au pied de la douche glisse sur le sol et chute grave . 3 semaines d'arrêt

for a quick overnight stay or longer, you can’t go wrong at this hotel

my first stay in B&B Hotel chain and whilst the property is a basic hotel it was immaculately clean , security was very good and all the staff were most helpful and went out of there way to assist, breakfast was again basic French buffet but all fresh and tasty

nothing would stay again in a heartbeat

Very good will return when next in time were in the area.

Travelling with a dog we were very pleased to be given a ground floor room with easy access. The room itself was large and uncluttered. We had breakfast on 2 of our four day stay, the choice was limited but did include bacon and scrambled egg which was very tasty.

The lighting in the bedroom could have been better, the use of adjustable bedside lights would help as reading a non digital book was difficult.

Standard basic hotel good for an overnight stay. Excellent staff

We only saw one member of staff but she was brilliant and really made our stay. We we will definitely book other hotels in the chain because of her. She couldn't have been more helpful. I only wish we'd got her name! 2 or 3 nice restaurants in walking distance on the estate as well as quite a few other hotels but we were very happy with our choice

Nothing - all good. No-one around when we arrived so used the automated check in which was a little strange but not a problem.

Overnight stopover with children

Perfect location. Very large room. Three great sized beds. Staff very helpful. We had a stopover on our way back from the south of France (avoiding Paris). Very clean, couldn’t fault the room at all. Perfect for a family of 4.

Clean and comfortable beds. Convenient location for a stopover.

Breakfast was extremely limited. No tea or coffee facilities in room. Very cramped bathroom. Breakfast staff were not very warm or friendly and were reluctant to accommodate simple requests such a bowl of water for the dog or a cup of milk for us to take upstairs.
