Lokatie, faciliteireb

Halverwege ons verblijf verplaatst worden naar ander gebouw, plaats moeten maken voor een groep is not done, de zogenaamde upgrade ter compensatie betrof een kamer aan de voorkant, erg warm en erg gehorig, mijn zoon met gezin verbleven ook 2 maal bij ons in andere kamers. Maar resumerend wens niet verplaatst te worden om plaats,te moeten maken voor een groep dus slaan wij dit hotel voortaan over, jammer want wij verblijven altijd 2 maal per jaar in Bandung.

Dissapointed!

The breakfast buffet was lovely.

My room Carpet was full of stains. The furnitures in the room was so run down. The furniture laminates peeled off and was covered by paint of the same color. The toilet grouting is yellow, dirty and mouldy. The curtains width was too short resulting in the sun rays entering the room during the day. Basically, the rooms are not maintained and cleaned well. The beddings are all old, yellow n dirty looking. Towels are also no longer white. Eventhough the room was cleaned, it still looks depressing as everything looks old n worn off.

I forgot a small pillow which normally used for my baby in room 538, but the receptionis said I need to wait so they will check it. We have waited more than half an hour but still no respond and they asked us to wait again. We have informed them that we are in a hurry, but they said we still need to wait. So we decide to leave the Hotel with a dissapointment feelings to this hotel.

Meet the expectation and good value for money

its near to go anywhere (ie it is located in the city center). The room is quite spacious, Overall is fine.

We had problem with the lighting and door, ie the lights went on and off (blinking), and we can't close the door properly (issue with the automated door). As the unit quite old, some of the furnitures are quite old as well. Wifi is not stable.

I had issue with my door lock... Battery depleted... I had to go to the front desk on the ground floor twice to get help and resolve the problem... The safety box wasn't able to be used... I can't reset the PIN.. ERROR... Refrigerator electricity will also be off when we pull off the room card... So when we leave the room without anyone.. food inside the refrigerator will not be refrigerated... Swimming pool is too small

Front desk officer very terrible, they cannot manage well during peak hour.

not as pleasant as 4-star hotel should be

Breakfast was vary. You can choose traditional, western, or japanese cuisine there. A lot of spaces in the restaurant too so when you arrive at crowded hour, you are still able to find table.

1. restaurant staff seem little bit untrained 2. the room I booked was deluxe room but there is a huge pillar inside my room which makes the room not spacious 3. cleanliness poor, the bed sheet was dirty 4. kids pool doesn't have stair to walk in, the staff didn't forbit anyone who bring food inside the pool area 5. please take care of the animals at your mini zoo more more more carefully. Your rabbits have somekind of fungi on their nose. The porcupine seems so stressed in its cage.
