Je suis déçu de mon séjour dans cet établissement. Pour une durée de plus d'une semaine, l'absence de service de ménage dans les chambres est inacceptable. Il est nécessaire d'insister constamment pour obtenir le changement des serviettes. De plus, la connexion Internet n'est pas fiable pour travailler. Malgré sa proximité avec Patong, l'emplacement n'est pas idéal, et lors du check-out, le propriétaire est venu frapper agressivement à la porte à 11h, même si l'heure de départ indiquée sur Booking était 12h. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. De plus, le propriétaire n'a pas été satisfait lorsque j'ai évoqué ces problèmes avec Booking.

A value find in downtown Pa Tong.

DAO's apartment had everything I needed to live comfortably. I've visited Pa Tong twice now and decided to stay at Dao's both times. I'm a vegan and I was able to cook my meals in the kitchen. The host was very respectful, quick, and responsive. It didn't feel that I was staying at an investment property catered to only tourists.

There was some construction in the building but it didn't start until 10am and finished at 6pm.

Considering the price of stay within the heart of Patong, all in all it was a good stay. I feel safe for a solo traveler

The location is very near to Patong beach and Bangla road. Many pharmacy, clinics nearby as well. Cheap restaurants are about 500m far. The unit is being cleaned every 3-4 days. With fast internet, about 12 free bottled water and 9 pcs of tissue roles considering this is an apartment. It has 2 doors that is an added security

The whole building is old but that’s not really something to be considered as negative.

Nice apartment

Nice place for living! There are all necessary things in the room: dishes, electric stove, kettle, toaster, TV, wardrobe, 2 tables. I had some towels different size. Small kitchen in the room was very clean. Bath room was clean too. Wi-fi worked very good. I could stream my screen and have a video. I needed hair dryer, wrote to Dao and she brought it! Thank you! Apartments had no signboard, but I asked in the first floor and they helped me. There are many cafes near hotel. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.

Good location, 20 minutes' walk to Big C Extra and just 10 minutes to the beach. The room is in a condo with quite a few restaurants in the area and 7/11 just a couple of minutes' walk from the building. In the condo there are at least 2 laundries, a German and a Thai restaurants a grocery store and lots of other small businesses. The room was clean, had electric stove, a mini-oven, a kettle, a fridge and a toaster. Air conditioner was very good, and there's also a fan attached to the main lighting on the ceiling. WiFi was very fast, around 70-80 Mbps.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but that's very individual and I have some issues with my back, nevertheless, it was just minor discomfort in the morning, nothing too bad.

it’s clean and well appointed. The studio is serviced every second day, so you’re always sleeping on crisp sheets and using clean towels.

Great apartment for both short and long time stays

It it a nice apartment in a modern building withing a walking distance to the sea. It is managed really well and is exceptionally clean. Wi-fi is great and I had stable 70/70 mbps connection which is great for full hd video or remote work. The host is very nice and responsive. Near the building there is a great parking both for cars and motorbikes. Parking for motorbikes is partially under a roof. In the apartment there is also a small oven so you can practice baking local food (which is really delicious). The price for the apartment was very good too.

I did not notice any disadvantages.

Value for your money. Loved it so much

I loved my stay at DAO studio Apartments. The owner was so helpful and nice and helped me with my visa extension and let me stay 3 hours longer after check out time. Very cleen and comfortable room's with all you need to feel like home. Quiet neighbourhood and short walk to the beach made the stay even better. I whould and will recommend DAO studio Apartments to everyone who is visiting Patong. Amazing place and really affordable for every kind of travelers. I will be back as soon as i can.

Only bad thing was that i didn't stay longer. I loved this place
