Nice room, well located but overpriced.

Large room, clean and quiet. Well located and not too far from St. Moritz. Nice swimming pool.

Had to pay 10 CHF extra for parking outside on hotel property. Ridiculous. Had to pay extra for bathrobes (also 10 CHF each) even though booking.com listed it as part of the offering. Receptionist couldn’t care less.

Good value for Money, Comfortable bed and room, Clean.

Clean room, and bathroom. A lot of space, close to bus stop connection, Comfortable location to Cornviglia and Surlej slopes. Sauna and swimming POOL nice - OK. Nice space for evening chatting in hotel lobby. We were lucky for parking space. But could happen you are too late :-(

No info that this is Studio Champfer. All is labelled as Hotel Europa. We got to know only in the reception. We took 2 nights, - no room cleaning on Saturday - - no fresh soap and Shampoo :-(. Breakfast is not cheap - 25CHF per person. Very small TV display. Some receptionists are not that friendly (subjective) when they got to know we are from Studio Champfer - not directly from Hotel Europa booking.

we liked the location, close to the main entreatments.

The staff and the manager of the reception desk. they have been extremely insensitive about a request we made (change of e tyre because perforated). The night before they told us that the staff could help us and the morning after they told us that wasn’t able to do this saying that they were busy with the check out of the hosts… at the end we were host as well! very disappointed. furthermore the structure is old.

This is not a studio apartment. A lady is reselling hotel rooms and is marketing them in a false way.

Good value for money

The studio is in the Hotel Europa complex with great facilities - swimming, fitness, restaurant etc. It’s spacious, bright and perfectly located just about 6 minutes drive from the pistes, and is also a short walk to the forest.

The studio doesn’t really benefit from the hotel cleaning service, but the hotel staff were kind/obliging - graciously provided extra towels. It was mostly clean though not quite pristine - a few details were missed(under the sofa bed) which I suppose can happen. However, the host would do well to replace the shower head and should provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room. In spite of those “gaps” we enjoyed our stay and feel the studio is great value for money and quite spacious.

It is only..A Room..with balcony..

location.

Balcony was very dirty.Full of dusts..Plastic chairs does not suit to the hotel.I was suprised that it was only a room at the hotel Europa.Information said that it a Studio and it is a vacation appartment!.So confused!!I was believing that there was a kitchenet or something like that..After booked the studio I got msg to contact the owner to pick up the key.Really look like a private holiday appartment...Well..!

Hotel good, Restaurant 👎

The room was clean and comfortable and the Hotel staff friendly

The restaurant was for me not great. I ordered a starter of 3 dips ( Humus, Eggplant and guacamole) with a garlic baguette. The dips where nothing to write home about and the amount of Baguette was disproportionate to the dips Ie not enough Baguette. I then had the vegetarian linseed Curry which in reality they should call a soup, again nothing exciting. Plus the 3 staff where not very observant so much do that I’m the end I just left the Tab on the table and walked out. So needless to say I will not repeat the experience and the manager should consider retraining his staff as they are costing him money in there lack of attention.

Studio Champfer and the Hotel Europa live up to the excellent Swiss standards in every respect.

It was not clearly spelled out that the studio was inside the Hotel Europa and that the key to the studio should be collected from the reception.
