Гостевой дом и обстановка вокруг.Отношение к постояльцам.

На кухне маленькая рабочая зона. Комфортно готовить только одному человеку. В номере WiFi не ловит. Сантехника требует ремонта.

One of Mestia’s oldest guesthouses and great value with friendly family.

Comfortable guesthouse run by a very friendly family. Nice sitting area and small communal kitchen. Best part was the small gifts from the mama of Easter cakes and chocolates together with the excellent breakfast! Good value for money.

nice view from the room, room was big and comfortable, good price

no reception, the guesthouse was hard to find, we were told there is a kitchen we can use but it was closed, also we were told that there is no breakfast option available and the reviews suggested otherwise

Very good

Nice guesthouse a bit off the centre of Mestia. There is a breakfast option (which we didn't take). We were able to park the motorcycle near the stairs for the room (not to haul around luggage). There is a small river in front for soothing water noise, if you're into this.

The bathroom was fine, but there was no shower head hanger and the toilet cistern was constantly flowing in the bowl (which was noisy only, but still a mild discomfort - alleviated by stopping the water for the toilet during the night).

Great place, Georgian hospitality

Great guesthouse, I can fully reccomend it. Rooms were comfortable, with bathrooms and access to the kitchen. We came during the bad weather time, so additional blankets were waiting for us. Very hospitable, carring owners, ready to advise and looking for our comfort. Dinner was delicious and big! Thank you for your hospitality!

Very good value guesthouse, warm rooms in winter.

Unfortunately there is a small herd of cows that stands outside the front gate every night. It is impossible to enter or leave the property without getting poop on your shoes. It’s a real issue that they should work with their neighbours to deal with.

It's a great guesthouse, with stunning views on Mestia towers and on mountains around. The owner is very nice, friendly, rooms are well equipped and really clean. Initially we booked for 2 nights but then extended it to 4, to enjoy Mestia for longer.

It's a big plus that there is a kitchen available on site but it would be good to a better quality pots, pans available.

Shower didnt work that well. There were only two big towel, would have been nice to have one smaller two. The bed was very noisy.

Comfortable.

Manoni’s guesthouse is not so far from the city center with a very beautiful on the mountains. You can take the breakfast as an option and it is very rich and tasty. The room was comfortable, towels are provided and everything was very clean. Is it possible to do your laundry there.

We had troubles with the shower and the toilets and had to ask to repair. Polite and cordial welcome but not the warmest.

The locality was good, and the host was very kind and helpful. If I would go to Mestia again, I would choose the same accommodation. If you are interested in buying some wine or chacha, you can also find it here.

A really pleasant stay

Location is good, the apartment was also good for people who don't mind sharing a room with friends. We were able to make a barbecue in the garden, the staff always attentive and nice. The apartment is situaged in very heart of Mestia, so the views are of course breathtaking :)
