Good value for money, pleasant place, will stay here again when I travel to Kampala.

Excellent food, cosy and lovely restaurant, quiet and outside. Very friendly staff. Secure location. Balcony in every room is nice.

The room should have had a light and a light switch next to the bed.

Fijn verblijf!

Het personeel!!!!!! Zij doen hun uiterste best om het je naar de zin te maken. De ligging en de heerlijke buiten ruimte van het restaurant zijn ook heel fijn.

De hotelkamer verdient een upgrade.

Great service and delicious food!

The service was fantastic, and the food delicious. I had a problem with my credit card, and the manager was incredibly helpful and supportive.

The room and bathroom needs a bit of maintenance

Very good

Environment was serene and helped with relaxation after a long daybof hard work. Availability if gym and sauna were a huge plus. It's a shame I didn't carty attire for swimming

The shower curtains were too dark and the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate

very beautiful garden and excellent facilities (sauna & stream room). Quiet place and the food was great. + the staff were very friendly. They provide mosquito repellent per room

no room sleepers. I hadn’t carried mine 😕

TV didn't work, and staff told me that was my challenge to deal with. I could have chosen a cheaper hotel if I didn't want tv. They didn't offer to move us or anything, just we had to deal with it.

I would say it was overpriced but pleasent.

The wellness facilities is a nice little touch to the place, the greenery around the pool is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are very courteous and obliging.

The cleanliness of the rooms, on the surface they look clean but the bathroom tiles were dirty and the furniture in the room was a little dusty.

we appreciated the staff constantly helping to make our stay very comfortable. they were kind and added a very authentic

I liked the property. it was pretty nice and felt very much quality for a very good cost. the meals were very good!

I am not a smoker so while smokers were put in a designated smoking area it is too close to not impede none smokers. it was very intrusive too often during dinner or breakfast. the smoke was really bad.

Dolphins Suits is quite the establishment would recommend bringing family and friends here.

The Customer Service at this property is exceptional. 8/10 The Pool and Restaurant Area are quite good as well, very comfortable and private

The Breakfast Menu lacks any flavour as well as most of the food being Stale. Most of the Gym Equipment is quite dusty. I felt the rooms are abit overpriced

Superb

This is a low-budget hotel that is quite affordable compared to many within the same location. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Their rooms and facilities need complete makeover, like the implementation of keycard access to replace old-school manual keys, complete overhaul of bathrooms to bring in more light. The closets have good space but clearly unkempt. Lose floor tiles and the list goes on. This place has great potential, but its clearly mismanaged. The pool side gets very noisy due to likely non-resident party rentals. Management, please fix these issues.

Good room, great shower, location (if you are looking for an area where you can have a few beers than you are good, everything else there are maybe better options) was good for going out.

fix the room vents for the noise, otherwise I was more then content with my stay.

Staff were great and helpful. even though the gym was run down somewhat Daniel was very helpful. Indian food was great.

little run down but as expected for the rate. if the owners put some money back into it would standout as a top tier establishment.
