Peaceful stay location at varanasi. No doubt.

Locationwise great place. Room size is acceptable. The staff behabious is very good and restaurant food is veg and tasty. Breakfast Puri sabji is much better than famous Ram Bhandar. Try this plate is a must here.

Room was lack of drawer and or alimirah to keep clothes. Few hangers were available only. At least one small almirah will enhance the phase value.

Hotel was booked for brooms with 4 guests. But we were embrassed by staff by saying in one room one

When booking was done the breakfast was included.But breakfast was not given and bill was charged for the same..

We booked 2 Superior deluxe double bed- rooms with a city view. And they took charge also for the same. But, instead they provided us with Standard double-bedrooms without any kind of view. Overall, for 1 night...the stay was very expensive.

Generally it was ok room...

Mattress were too soft. Space in the room was very limited. Room was not cleaned for months in the wooden carvings. Room was not cleaned daily of its own. Staff was inadequate in number.

Awesome and comfortable stay

breakfast was good..and staff was humble and generous. Roof top RESTAURANT was gr8. Rooms were very good, spacious and comfortable, hygienic and clean.

Booking.com indicated the property would ask a deposit equal to one night’s stay but I received a message from the hotel that 50% was required and a QR code to process the payment but didn’t work. after a couple of follow ups to ask for an alternate way to pay, I was sent some Banking information with no instructions and no email so I could not send an e-transfer. I followed up a few times and they were no longer responding. When our hotel in Agra called for us the night before, Baranas Haveli “could not locate our booking” … many of their staff look lost and confused. Our room had no curtain for the shower rod and no squeegee to remove the water that unavoidably covers the entire bathroom floor if you use the shower. While the property is being refreshed with paint, basic cleaning of light fixtures, menus, patio chairs and tables would go a long way. Not a deal breaker, but be advised on-site restaurant lacking many items on their menu.

Room sizes are not adequate for double occupancy. Not recommended at all.

Room sizes are not adequate for double occupancy. Not recommended at all. We had to check out after the first night as the hotel didn't provide us a better room. We had pay the full price for 5 days. Not happy. 🙁

really poor service

When we check in at 10 pm. There were towels no toilet papers in the rooms. After notifying the manager said we will do in 5 minutes. After back and forth with manager at about 11.30 pm he said sorry all the towels are in the laundry you will get at 8 am next morning. then we inform the day manager he said leave me the keys I will get it done soon. When we came back at 10 pm nothing was in there. After calling the manager some delivered two towels. Next morning talk to the owner he just said sorry. will never stay in this hotel nor we recommend to others

Totally uncomfortable bad room.

Probably the location that is all. The hotel has tour guide name Mr Ajay he is helpful apart of that there is nothing so nice about this place.

Toilet is hell stinking. Smell like urine no matter how much we wash it. It's dirty everywhere the housekeeping is poor. Lighting is bad. Toilet is disgusting. I checked out after 1 night. Then i booked Sugar Stars Hotel which is way cheaper and excellent. Every hotel need to maintain some standards. Not overcharging for some bad uncomfortable stay. Breakfast could have been better they don't have many options so do not include breakfast during your stay.

Good location. Nice breakfast in terms of quality though more options could be provided. Great ambience in the restaurants. Room provided is of adequate size and facilities. They provided a local tour guide who really guided us with all the attractions we wanted to visit - with the right time of the day to ensure we had minimum wait time.

More options in breakfast.

Staffs are lazy in all areas (reception, room service and restaurant), room not clean, bathroom toilet dirty seat, bedlinen old and used, matraze old, credit card payment difficult to manage.
