Close to the beach and restaurants

Neither shower was adequate, one had no pressure and the other flooded the bathroom making it dangerous . Only one towel per person per week. It’s not advertised but some of the apartments are privately owned making it somewhat awkward when using the roof terrace and pool especially when one of the residents entertained a large group of people when we were relaxing on the roof terrace. Communal area round the pool needs maintenance and cleaning .

The hot tub was a lovely place to spend an hour after a day doing activities, the hosts were incredibly helpful with advice and booking excursions.

Ms. Rochelle and Mr. Amr are very friendly, easily to approach and helpful. Apartment is lovely, big and comfy. Property has amazing roof top with Jacuzzi and BBQ facilities which we have really enjoyed. Swimming pool was always clean. It is literally just few steps from the beach. Anything you need is within walking distance. Dahab city in general has its own nice atmosphere.

AC in one bedroom wasn’t working properly but didn’t bother us at all and it was taken care of this issue

Despite a few brief challenges, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dahab!

The location was absolutely incredible- it is a one minute walk from the beach, a one minute walk from the best fish restaurant ever (Dawish), and it was in a local neighborhood, which was a much more authentic vibe than a secluded hotel. The entire apartment was clean, the rooms were stunning, and the bathrooms were beautiful. The rooftop has a covered seating area, hot tub, tables, a swing, comfy lounge chairs, and the most gorgeous 360 view. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The shared pool is typically empty and perfect for night swims as it is beautifully lit.

In the early morning one day, all the electricity cut out for a few hours. It suddenly came back on before we left the house, but it was a hot day and a bit frustrating. One of my friends had to work for a few hours, and it fell right during that time. The host immediately contacted the wifi company and they were doing work on the internet lines. Other than that, the wifi worked well. The water in one bathroom also stopped working for a period of time until we were able to get ahold of the host who took care of it.

Great place for a vacation

The apartment has everything you need, especially the kitchen, it has all the equipments you need to cook. The staff is so friendly and they respect your privacy. Overall it is great, clean olace to sownd your vacation with friends.

Sometimes the tap water’s color is not clear.

as the sign in the property says : "i can only please one person a day, today is not your day"

the place has so much potential, none of it is fulfilled. the pictures by owners were taken in better days (probably on the first days of operation) look for current pictures in my review.

the place was dirty and very poorly maintained, there are problems in the water supply, the beds are stiff, sofas bedsheets and towels were old, and with stains. we had to buy essntials (shampoo, conditioner dishwashing liquid and cloth), we asked for dishwasher tablets and got then 2 days before the end of our vacation) the television didn't work for most of our vacation, the roof were the jaccuzi is is not inviting since all sitting places are so dusty dirty and the floor is full of doves poop. in kitchen cabinet were old food supplies leftovers from other quests with living bugs inside. i can go on and on but think you get the pictures. we love dahab, we come every 2 months or so and this is the worst place yet. and the one that cost us the most. real disappointment
