We left first thing the next morning to find more suitable/comfortable accomodation. Incredibly disappointing.
- Staff kindly allowed us to only pay for one night’s accomodation when we had initially booked for four nights. The room we were given was not appropriate or suitable for a four night stay due to the reasons below. We would have not have stayed a single night however it was late by the time we arrived .
- We were originally shown to an indoor dormitory, however were then told this wasn’t our room and were instead taken outside in the pouring rain and up a rickety set of stairs where a single room on the roof was meant for us. This room had no space or room for anything other than a set of ancient and mouldy bunk beds. I felt so claustrophobic and had a panic attack once the door was closed. There didn’t appear to be any other guests in the hostel so we were confused as to why we were placed in a room so small, uncomfortable and not even inside the building. - The sheets provided were dirty, the mattresses and walls of the room were mouldy. - The floor was wet from the rain and no towels or matt was provided to keep things dry until requested. - To access a bathroom we had to walk outside in the pouring rain as the only bathroom facilities near our room were a disgusting outhouse. No soap, no paper towels. - The shower in the communal bathroom inside the property consisted of a hose pipe with a singular thin stream of water.

Great stay
Comfy place, doesnt get too crowded because only a few rooms. Common areas are quite large with many options and staff are very friendly
Building is a bit old, two of the toilets lack soap, have to always ring the doorbell to get in (would be better to have a key or card to open the front door)
