מלון מעולה. מעל הציפיות שלנו

מקום מהמם, פרטיות, מקום להסתובב ופינות לילדים. באנו ליום אחד ותכלס היינו צריכים לבוא לפחות ליומיים.

אחת המטפלות במסג' היתה פחות מוצלחת.

Best Place to stay in Borjomi

Everything was great , rooms, cleanliness, breakfast. The surrounding natural area is so calming near the river and between the trees. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, Special thanks to Miss Tamuna who was always willing to provide all help during our stay. Definitely i will book here again for my next trip to Borjomi.

مكان عادي لديه سياسات متشدده واستغلاليه ولن اكرر الزياره ابداً ولا انصح فيه.

المكان عادي صراحه ودون المتوقع مقابل السعر الذي دفع لكنه نظيف والغرف واسعه والاطلاله جيده.. تعامل الموظفين لم يعجبني ولم تعجبني سياسه مكان الاقامة واجبروني على دفع مبلغ اضافي للضيف الذي معي مقابل الفطور بالرغم من اني اخبرتهم ان الضيف الذي معي لا يرغب بالإفطار.. وبالنسبه للفطور اقل من عادي صراحة.. لا انصح بمكان الاقامه عموماً وهناك بدائل افضل اعتقد بجانب مطعم تركي اسمه مرحبا بالمناسبه المطعم ممتاز 👨🏻‍🦯

Great potential, but could be managed better

Nice comfortable hotel located in the secluded park, that is neat and quiet. Good rooms, comfy bed, great sauna/hamam. Nice restaurant on the six floor (Bagration)-good quality, value personnel is friendly and attentive.

Breakfast requires improvement badly -quality of food is mediocre. Cooks need training as well or be replaced. culture level of some people remains low-they touch food with their bare hands Pool is ok, but it’s built for adults and children have limited possibilities to have fun

The environment is great.

The price is clearly too expensive for the service you get. Not always helpful staff. Huge breakfast but nothing really homemade or tasty. Huge pool and spa facilities but steam room and Finnish sauna not working. Disappointed by the level of service. Overpriced.

Fantastic Retreat in a Forest of Green

The hotel is in a phenomenal location with acres of forest in the property itself. Gorgeous landscape and services such as the spa, pool and sauna that uses the local healing mineral water.

Everything was lovely. There is an amazing Georgian restaurant on the top floor and an international restaurant on the ground floor. Buffet could be a bit better organized.

It was Okay

The location of the hotel is perfect, the hotel it self is good as well, but it is not 5 star. Liked the size of the room, swimming pool and spa is very good, breakfast was good also, I stayed for 2 nights, and liked that they had little changes in breakfast.

Did not like the restaurant they have, food is not good, I was looking for stake, and in menu there was 40-70₾ price, then was offered beef stake by the waiters, told them medium, I got well done, and the stake was not good, not even medium tender, had to work on it to eat, and when I got the check saw that the stake price was 180₾. The curtains in the room looked like was not cleaned, had spots. Also, in the 5 star hotel I expect to have smart TV at least, all I got was, few Georgian channels and most Russians.

Tranquil and relaxing escape in the middle of nature

Loved this hotel - beautiful location in the quiet forest (I had a great view of the mountains from my room), absolutely enormous room and bathroom, friendly staff who will help you organise tours if you want to, excellent spa and the on-site Georgian restaurant served really good food that wasn't too expensive either. A perfect place to relax for a couple of days.

The breakfast could have been better - the bread and pastries were pretty stale both days I had it. But there are lots of other options too - the cottage cheese pancakes were great.

I enjoyed my stay and I intend to come back in the spring but I’m a little hesitant because of the bed situation

staff were very professional and helpful, spa staff and facilities were excellent, I enjoyed walking in the property grounds very much

the mattress on my bed is really uncomfortable and difficult to have a good nights sleep

The facilities - sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool

Several basic things were missing from our room and we had to ask for them Tea bags , there was only one tea bag for two persons Tissues, we had to ask to provide us with tissues Breakfast, was not as expected for a 5 star hotel, especially the sea food salad components were raw and not edible. No meat or chicken was provided. Room service, they didn't clean the room in a proper manner, especially the toilet.
