Nice beds, comfortable room, nice pool and breakfast overall good option for the price.
I did not like that the staff asked me a copy if my debit card because its a company policy. I understand this in the case of Credit Cards because normally people see their statements at their cut but for a debit card this does not makes sense, and makes me feel insegure with theft of my bank. information

The view was great and the pool was good. Great breakfast - not a bad location

Good location.
Breakfast was not good. There is poor lighting in the cabins and the refrigerator is too noisy.

The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Good value for the money.

The room was huge and the wildlife was amazing - we saw about 50 monkeys while sat by the pool as well as parrots and lots of lizards!
The room was comfy and clean and facilities were generally really good. Staff were so friendly - one of them even taxi'd us to our next stop for a really good price.
There's a bus which stops right outside the hotel every 15 minutes and takes you either yo Quepos or Manuel Antonio. It was super cheap (390 colones) and really reliable.
The steps up to some rooms are quite steep - there's a golf cart but it doesn't run all the time.
The breakfasts were not that great.

it’s close to the Quepos town, but the town is very quite
1. the breakfast is the worst we had in Costa Rica. It is not all you can eat and can only order one. this does not match with the $200 per night
2. internet is super slow
3. the room is not too clean, the washroom is small and the bed sheet is not clean

clean, quiet, comfortable, great view (especially from the mirador)
shower head was broken, no free coffee, far from the beach, too close to main road

Perfecto !!!

Staff were friendly. Pool was great - drinks and food could be ordered at the pool. Live music was good but VERY loud. Fun animal sightings at the location.
The quality of the room was okay but it seems like not a great value for how much you pay. Breakfast was bad. Perhaps because it is included (free) - the dinner and drinks were good the previous night. Would recommend going to any number of good restaurants close by. They have a coffee maker in the room but you need to pay for pods to use.

Great experience and great breakfast

Room was clean, good wifi, hot water, friendly staff.
Not enough light in the room, a coffee machine but no coffee, noise of cars from the road, many stairs.
Too pricey for the room we got, no view from the room.

Nice setting
Rooms very quite dark, hard to see at night.
No where to dry wet stuff

A brilliant place, the rooms are lovely, the pool is great the grounds are amazing. A 10 minute, very cheap bus ride to the national park and beach.
The noise of the entertainment, we were tired and jet lagged when we arrived.

Lovely setting with plenty of wildlife roaming around the grounds. The pool area was also good. Breakfast was generally decent and staff seemed friendly. The hotel is much closer to Quepos than Manuel Antonio but still had some decent restaurants in walking distance nearby.
The hotel was noisy with paper-thin walls. As well as the busy road outside and being able to hear any other guests climbing the stairs next to the room, we were also unfortunate to be staying on a night when there was live music until circa 11pm (in the adjoining restaurant); fortunately we had already been to the National park that day but it could have been detrimental if we had an early morning wake up planned the following day or if travelling with children. The room itself was comfortable though expensive relative to other stays in Costa Rica.

very friendly staff and lots of wildlife
could maybe soundproof the walls of the rooms.

The breakfast juice is good and they have a pool billiards table
Insects in the room windows and doors have large gaps. Paper walls hear everything in the closer rooms. Wood floor outside that makes a lot of noise.

Great location, clean and comfortable, and staff are super nice and helpful. Great stay for families.
We were provided with only one door card for our room, which was a little uncomfortable. Also, the variety of food in breakfast was a little limited. Otherwise, loved the place.
