Superbe halte proche Hyères et mer.

Rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel avec surclassement par Booking. Grande et belle chambre et salle de bain au calme car à l'arrière du bâtiment. Super petit déjeuner pour un prix modique.

Voiture nécessaire mais pas de soucis pour nous.

Very good

The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is large. The location is quiet, with ample parking.

The conversation at the reception is a bit difficult, English not being very good.

Good place for one night.

Location was perfect. Clean room.

Simple room with noise from the airconditioning. We could not turn it of. The clock also ticked loudly but that one we could turn of! No coffee of tea machine in the room.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend it,

Arrived staff were very welcoming. The room and bathroom were of an excellent size and very clean. The staff made a reservation on our behalf with the restaurant next door. Excellent meal with again very friendly staff.

The wasn't much not to like, though the room was supplied with a fridge and microwave there were no Tea / coffee making facilities in the room this had to be obtained from a vending machine. A glass panel in the patio door had a significant crack in it.

when I arrived at 8.30pm there was no one at the front desk. only a phone which I used, but the staff doesn’t speak English… with using google translate finally someone showed up. my reservation was not prepared… the facilities are not clean, in the fridge was fungus. WiFi is bad. it looks like a place more for long term stay. really not worth the price they ask.

There was an error in booking.com app resulting in a double paid booking for same night. Hotel refused to credit second booking even though paid twice for the same night of stay.

Reasonable breakfast. The internet was bad and it was not possible to connect to Wi-Fi. There was no mini fridge. There were no closets. There was no balcony for smoking

The location has potential.

Nobody speaks English!!! The hotel is presenting the rooms with double beds, but in reality it is a SOFA! Uncomfortable sofa! Dirty floor in the room. Very poor breakfast!

Clean tidy rooms.

Original room smelt of foul drains. Moved after a serious discussion! No coffee or kettle at breakfast! We were asked to move to another hotel for our last night (after staying 6 nights) as they had overbooked with some new guests!! One room was not cleaned for one day!

Not what you think ! Book with caution.

The room itself was lovely but very very plain. They can’t decide if they are self catering or a hotel and seem to do both badly Had a self service launderette which was handy

No lift ! Room was modern and clean but not furnished fully and lacking all feeling of hotel The building is huge and poorly laid out No signage for reception Restaurant next door is terrible and a very very lazy chef - don’t waste your money !!

People living in flats on the hotel site. Security? Staff not very freindly or helpful also in the adjacent restaurant.

Okay hotel, but for the remote location to expensive

New room with new facilities. It was clean and relatively quiet. Internet worked well.

Late check-in was okay. We just wished they would have told us that the room access cards are at the desk and not available via automated check-in at the machine at the entrance of the compound as announced. The number given by issues was not manned by an English speaking person and left us quite frustrated. Altogether we found the pictures and the impression about the place not to be accurate. We had the impression that this is a good hotel with some luxury. However, it is more or less a very basic hotel. For the remoteness of major tourist attractions, we would have expected either higher quality or a lower price.
