Exceptional host and apartment

The location was amazing - right in the middle of Old Town Marbella but still lovely and quiet. Our host Connie was fabulous - so warm, welcoming and accommodation. She met us at the door and had cold Cava ready for us all as a welcome. Connie booked us Flamenco tickets next door - an amazing show - and recommended and booked restaurants in the local area. The apartment is spacious, clean and lovely and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment and First class hostess

Everything. The apartment was beautifully furnished and there was everything you need. Conny met us with tapas and Prosecco and looked after us throughout our stay. We loved Marbella but this is a truly a home from home experience Would book again without hesitation She recommended wonderful places to eat and staying in the old town has a lovely vibe to it

Exceeded our expectations in every way: awesome location, apartment, and host.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property. The apartment is located in the picturesque old town with many restaurants, café and the beach a short walk away. The property was beautifully presented, spacious, clean and had everything and more that we could possibly ask for, with many thoughtful and personal touches such as filtered water. and nibbles on arrival. We got such a lovely warm welcome from Conny, and she went above and beyond helping us with restaurant and beach club recommendations, even booking them for us. She delivered an all-round first-class experience, thank you Conny.

A beautiful location just inside the old town of Marbella. Access to a multitude of lovely restaurants and walking distance to town beach. Really clean and well appointed… the host provided everything we needed.

Total comfort in the most beautiful corner of Marbella

The location is unbeatable - easily the most beautiful street in Marbella. Tons of excellent restaurants on the same street, but just around the corner, so the apartment location/plaza is very quiet. The apartment is very thoughtfully furnished; kitchen is fully equipped; washer AND tumble dryer in the unit - detergents provided. The 2 full bathrooms are spacious enough to feel completely comfortable; good water pressure and heating. Central AC/heating was wonderful. Conny is a phenomenal host - she is truly gifted in the art of hospitality and took great care of our needs. She was able to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out, even at her own effort and possibly inconvenience (thank you, Conny!), and she made us feel entirely at home. We were 4 adults and 1 child, and the space was perfect for our needs. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I would love to stay here again!

The TV is not a "smart" device and does not accommodate streaming services/apps. However, we never felt deprived of anything, since the best entertainment is the Casco Antiguo of Marbella itself.

What an amazing find

Firstly Connie the owner is amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The location couldn't be better. Located at the top of one of the old streets with access to several cafes and restaurants within minutes. There is an amazing hotel right opposite that has an amazing cocktail bar and restaurant well worth a visit. Everything is within walking distance ,with the beach being a 5-10 pleasant walk.

We had booked 3 rooms one of which was suppose to have 2 single beds which when we arrived was a double due to damage to one of the beds according to owner.

One of the best apartments ever!

This is probably one of the best places I've ever stayed in. It's a beautifully done up apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There's also a fantastic garden with hanging chairs and a fountain. There's a lot of love and care that has gone into the look and feel of the place. I'd be doing a disservice if I didn't mention Conny - the owner of the apartment. She was in regular touch in the lead up to the visit and was there to greet us when we reached. She cares a lot about the people who visit and took the time and effort to make us feel welcome. There was a spread of bread, cheese, meat, and wine to welcome us. The kitchen is well equipped and there was a water cooler - so we never needed to buy water. Conny is also very approachable and asked us to let her know if we needed anything at any time. I've seldom met a better host. The apartment is also in a great location in the old city and close to a host of restaurants and attractions. If you're going to Marbella, I'd highly recommend this place.

Marbella is wonderful but Home Away from Home's location and Conny's help made it amazing!

The location could not be better but the best part is Conny, our host. She went above and beyond at every turn. She left us ham and cheese and bread for our late arrival. She let us know good places nearby to eat. She even saved us a parking space during the very busy Semana Santa (Holy Week). Lastly, we forgot our passports and she even helped us arrange for a friend of hers to bring them to us in Ronda. Conny is simply the best. Book straight away!

Comfortable with all the amenities available

Excellent property and a very warm welcome from Conny for our group of 5. Conny is a lovely person. She was extremely helpful before and during the trip and we really felt at home in her apartment for our 3 days in Marbella. Property was homely and had all the amenities we could ask for (even extra beach towels! :)). Location is excellent, walking distance from the old town and nearby the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommended (especially for groups / families).

Simply Perfect. THE best apartment ever. So lovely, spacious, beautiful, spotlessly clean and Absolutely amazing location. Conny is a super star, so kind and helpful. The attention to detail and personal touch is beyond excellent. Light snacks, huge bowl of fruit and wine waiting for us on arrival, everything supplied like soap shampoo tea coffee butter, kitchen roll, washing tabs etc, nothing missing, so you can get straight on and enjoy your holiday. WOW. Blown away, Exceptional and Amazing. More Amazing and beautiful even than the pictures. Thank you so very much Conny! ❤

Conny is great host. Her hospitality is amazing, she introduced us everything in the apartment and also in the area around and in the city. Apartment has literally everything and I am sure that if we would find something what is missing, Conny would get it to us in few moments. I was travelling with my family and I am sure that we want to come back soon ! I can only recommend !

I'm just back home in Switzerland and already miss beautiful Marbella and the lovely temperatures. My stay with Conny was from A to Z just perfect. She was waiting for me when I arrived. Showed me the beautiful apartment which was as clean as clean can be. There was a Cava waiting for me in the frig. We went together for lunch where she gave me interesting information about the spots to see, where to get a bicycle etc. Whenever I had a question she immediately replied. I really appreciated her personal assistance a lot and can just recommend her to any person travelling to Marbella and looking for a stay in the old town. The old town is very charming and you are within a short walking distance to the beach and all the restaurants, bars etc. You find anything close around. I'll be certainly back and look forward to see her again. THANKS CONNY!

I actually liked pretty much everything, and was unexpectedly amazed by the apartment, the coziness, the friendliness of the owner. Living there really gave me a full opportunity to experience Marbella, the placement is very special and unique, just like the apartment itself: it’s like you’re surrounded by calming atmosphere, and at the same time, really authentic. There’s so much place and literally everything is made to give you comfort. Conny, the owner of the apartment, is the person who will try her best to make your stay as good as it can be. I really appreciate the kindness, the friendliness, and the care. We really hope to go back here one day.

Great location, amazing host and relaxing time

Home away from home Marbella is in a perfect location, top of the old town but 5 mins from restaurants and only 10 mins from the beach. Conny our owner/host was exceptional in all details from arrival to little comforts around the apartment. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing self-service apartment.

Soundproofing walls would help to quieten the Flamenco dancing nearby.

You would have to go along way to find anywhere as good as this in Marbella for the price.

Brilliant property in a great location with superb facilities. Great communication from Conny at all times and lovely touches throughout the apartment including welcome drinks in the fridge. Great WiFi too.
