i would prefer a shower cubicle rather than a hand held shower in bathtub.

A real treat to stay in this little gem of a B&B

We have stayed several times now and would stay again! Perfect in every way. Fab breakfast, and greeted with homemade cakes. So many treats, we can't fault our stay. Lovely family, and we really enjoyed the cats! Nice quiet location, very comfy beds. Space to park the car on the drive. Thank you again, we enjoyed every minute :)

It was an exceptionally lovely stay, 5 minutes from the beautiful Cornish coast.

Everything. Rachel and James’s attention to detail was first class. It was comfortable, welcoming, clean, lovely extra touches; tea and cake on arrival, usb charging points, even a note pad and pen. The breakfast was beautiful, fully catered for gluten free. Rachel even provided a goody bag for our homeward journey. It was just wonderful. We will be returning! Thank you.

Exceptional

The host was wonderful, warm, welcoming, and homely. She went above and beyond anywhere we have ever stayed. Chocolates, homemade flapjack, and even raspberry and Elderflower gin. Not to mention a goody bag on leaving the property. The breakfast was top quality with homemade products. She was even kind enough to replace the back of my earring. Exceptional place and lady.

Quite simply the best B&B we have ever stayed in.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, all delicious and well presented. Rachel went way beyond what might have been expected, leaving cakes, chocolates and even home made gin in the room when we were out. she was an exceptional hostess.

We look forward to staying, again!

Rachel is an exceptional host, who is very kind and thoughtful, and her attention to detail was very much appreciated. There were lovely touches, such as a welcome cup of tea, the homemade strawberry and elderflower gin, and heart-shaped piece of fudge, home-made preserves and bread and attractively prepared fresh fruit. As we left, we were even given a goodie bag with a delicious homemade biscuit. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The dining room is light and spacious. The breakfast was excellent.

We liked and appreciated everything.

Everything you could want in a family b&b

Rachel is a very friendly and kind host, the room was spotless and had everything you could need. A few little treats left in the room were much appreciated and showed how much Rachel cares about her guests. Highly recommened you will not be disappointed and very good value.

What a delightful place to stay - So Clean and comfortable and with the individual personal touches it was like staying in an upmarket boutique hotel. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and I am particularly fussy. Thank you

This B&B was the highlight of my stays in Cornwall! The host is so lovely and the house feels cozy with a truly beautiful sunroom where you have breakfast. They even handmade their own fruit preserves (which were of course delicious). If you are in the area you must must must come stay. It is exceptional value for money, and could not be happier.

Our stay at Seven bnb was excellent! For our first night in the UK, Rachel certainly set a very high standard for us for the rest of our trip. We were treated with some of the most delicious cake and coffee on arrival and breakfast in the morning was so generous & featured all local produce, plus delicious home made preserves and marmalade. The accommodation was clean, comfy and well fitted for all travelers needs. What an excellent find!

5 star service at this lovely B&B.

Great location and exceptional breakfast. We have stayed a few times now and it never disappoints. Lots of lovely touches, afternoon tea and homemade Sloe gin in the evening! We can't fault this lovely B&B We would love to return and wouldn't consider any other place to stay.

Excellent B&B

On my arrival I needed to do some computer work and Rachel suggested that I could use their conservatory. I enquired about somewhere to go for food and drink and Rachel booked me a table at one of the local pubs which was excellent and only a short drive away. The breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit, fruit juice, green tea, homemade bread and marmalade and a full English breakfast with locally sourced produce. Nothing was too much trouble. Rachel even packed me a little goody bag to take with me ;-)

Faultless

Rachel was the perfect host, nothing was to much trouble, offered coffee and cake on arrival in the lovely conservatory, Rachel booked us in for dinner at a local Pub and was delighted when we returned that evening to find homemade Gin liqueur and shortbread by our bedside, followed up the next morning with a fabulous breakfast and was kind enough to give us some refreshments to take away for our onward journey along with cuttings from a plant I’d admired. If you ever find yourself near the area I cannot recommend the B&B enough, Fantastic service and spectacularly clean, Thank you Rachel
