Very good, ice cold ac with comfy beds

a bit to expensive for what it is, but nothing to complain, location was great and the beds were good.

Perfect place to stay on budget.

The staff was very friendly and was available for any sort of concern. They even allowed us to keep our luggage for the nights we are traveling ahead.

Everything was great. Just a feedback, there should be a 3 pin connector in washroom for using hair dryer.

Been there before. Favorite KL hotel as you don't pay too much for a nice room, view of city, close to Little India, great eateries, Nu Sentral Mall and access to all transport options.

Looking forward to breakfast being offered again. Not on yet post-covid.

OK for one or two night stay if you have to catch early train from KL Sentral to KLIA

1. Good value of money 2. Room is good enough for one night stay or two 3. Central location, very walking distance to KL Sentral 4. Close to Little India and a lot of local eateries in the area 5. We arrived around 12:00 and allowed to do early check-in and that was fantastic

1. Shower wasn't that nice. Old heating system. It was either too cold or too hot. Hard to find the balance of the right temperature to be honest 2. They used soap bar and I am not sure if this is something I was supposed to highlight or not but good to let everybody else know 3. Deposit of RM100, again not sure either I was suppose to highlight or not but good heads up for the rest

Safe in my room, working easily Backside room was quiet Near Central Railway station

After switching off the airco for one night lots of musquitos

Practical choice

Strategic location at walking distance to most public transportation, a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, department stores and a safe in the room

The breakfast was basic certainly for Western tourists with almost no variation

Near central railway station was a big plus - I think the only plus

The best place to stay near thje central railway station with a lot of restaurants at walking distance

I was the only breakfast guest in a room of only 2 small tables. Some slices of bread, butter,jam and 1 fried egg . . . . Coffee was worse then ever in comparable hotels It was a very noisy room looking on a street with a lot of traffic, with poor sound-isolation
