About this apartment rental

Comprising two extraordinary suites that are located just above a store on Main Street, you'll love the ability to walk to everything on Main St. during the day and then come home to two private, comfortable spaces all to yourself. In each suite, enjoy a fantastic full kitchen, a living area as amazing to behold as it is to experience, two wonderful bedrooms (featuring a king and queen bed, respectively), and a terrific full bathroom featuring a tub/shower.

Being on Main St. and very close to popular late night attractions, like Hondo's and Crossroads, there is the potential for noise. In addition, a flight of stairs must be navigated to reach each of the suite's private entrances.

LOCATION - On Main St. in the Historic District
SLEEPS - 8 people between both suites; King & Queen bedrooms in each suite
BATH - Full bathroom with a tub/shower in each suite
KITCHEN - Full kitchen w/ Keurig in each suite
AMENITIES - 31” Cable TVs, Wi-Fi, large wrap around porch overlooking Main St. with ample seating, courtyard downstairs with fountain

Things to be aware of:
*This home does accept up to four dogs (two in each suite) but there is a pet fee of $32/dog/night (before tax). In addition, due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

*If you would like to bring more than four dogs or have a pet other than a dog that you'd like to bring on your stay, please ask, as we'd be happy to consider making an exception for your stay.

*Due to the suite's proximity to Main Street and popular late night attractions, please be aware that there is the possibility of noise until early hours in the morning. If you are a light sleeper or generally do not handle noise well, please consider other accommodations.

*Both suites are on the second floor of a building on Main Street, so a flight of stairs must be navigated to reach the suite entrances.

My friends and I rented both suites. Wonderful location in historic Fredericksburg, within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The suites were beautifully stocked and furnished. Very nice to find bottled water, coffee and creamers waiting for us. We were on a 6-day motorcycle trip throughout the Texas Hill Country. This rental was indeed one of our favorites!!! Definitely recommend this place to stay for a group of friends!!!

We had a fabulous time! The suites were perfect for us and the balcony was amazing in the mornings and evenings to sit and relax. The only reason we wouldn't give it a 5 in rating is because for some of us the traffic noise was a bit much. As was the church bells - especially Sun morning. For some of us we enjoyed hearing that :-) Otherwise the stay was just perfect for us. Communication was great and it was easy to check in and out. Thanks again for having us!

This property is right on Main Street which made it easy to walk everywhere. Having two suites enabled the night owls and the morning people of the group to both be satisfied. We spent so much time on the patio-the weather was perfect! The units are very well stocked with starter supplies, extra pillows, extra blankets, so we did not need much. We were not bothered by noise from bars but be warned the church bells are brutal if you like to sleep in. Great weekend getaway!

We had a marvelous reunion with friends! We loved sharing living rooms from both apartments! We enjoyed the artwork and all the added touches of Christmas decor! We also loved having the kitty greet us on the balcony! One suggestion: Master Bedroom in Balcony suite REALLY needs window shades (not just blinds) because it’s like daylight at night!! The sink in bathroom leaks at the bottom of the faucet. Yes, we understand that it’s a lovely old building and the owners did a great job with the new furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We missed not having Kleenex boxes and you might mention they need more dishwasher pods. But overall it’s a great property and great location! The traffic noises of big trucks coming through town cannot be avoided but we still loved it!! I almost wish that complementary earplugs were provided!! Other b& b’s provide disposable ones. Ps the staff where we picked up our keys were super friendly!! Thank you again! We will recommend your property to friends!

It’s right within walking distance to everything. But note that you must haul your luggage up stairs. Pack accordingly. Balcony is great for sitting and sipping coffee in the morning.

Gorgeous suites with old world charm and classically furnished. My group loved the spacious covered balcony, perfect in any weather and overlooking main street. Ample parking (private lot) behind the building was great because we had 6 cars. The location on main street was terrific... we walked to shopping, restaurants and wine tastings which meant we never had to move our cars all weekend! We had so much fun and can't say enough good things about RS Hanna Gallery. We highly recommend it and can't wait to come back!

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The deck is fantastic. We had a table out there with hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were great. The location was great for us, and it seems everything was in walking distance.

The suites at the RS Hanna Gallery are lovely, comfortable places; however, the location near two active bars is less than ideal. We were all awakened around 1:30 AM Sunday morning by sirens and flashing lights. There were numerous police vehicles, a fire engine and ambulance all focused on activity at Crossroads. Friday night loud, obnoxious people walked the sidewalks shouting loudly enough to awaken some in our party. We will not stay here again.

We had both suites rented for an all ladies birthday trip. The property was exactly as stated. All the beds were plush and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the decor was lovely. The coffee and breakfast goodies were stocked. There were plenty of linens and dishes. The balcony has a great view and access to the main street activities. For as busy as Fredericksburg can be, the suites are actually very private, which was really nice. I highly recommend this location and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my birthday trip and it was amazing! The cutest apartments and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had at a rental! We were able to walk to everything and the balcony was. Perfect way to relax at night and people watch.
