Grazie 🙏🏻

The hostess, Silvia was very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant meals were delicious. Breakfast was freshly baked tarts and homemade jam. The restaurant waitress was charming. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable with air con and a large, clean en suite. Parking was on site. Close to Pavarotti museum and Ferrari museum. Good base for exploring Modena and Bologna.
The swimming pool and surrounding area was not well maintained.

The dinner was excellent, we enjoyed home made pasta and Parma hum, Parmigiano Reggiano, and bread. The owner showed us how to eat them in a traditional way.
Room was large and clean, and just outside of our room, there was a swimming pool. We chilled out after hot days in August.
The food was too good. I got fat.

Silvia was a good host and helpful on all fronts. The entire complex is quite querky but the room and apartment were both very comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Wifi worked well in the room but not in the apartment. Our pre-booked dinner was excellent and highly recommended.
The location is quite remote, so you will need to drive, but the towns are not far away. Wifi did not work in the apartment (fine in our room). The garden has not been well maintained.

Super friendly hosts. Great pool and very nice dinner. Home-made vine is also worth a try. The apartment is very spacious and stylish. We regretted staying only one night.

Absolutely loved the host Silvia! Wonderful hospitality. Very much enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The apartment was very big, the beds comfortable, and I was very happy to find a washing machine.
I loved th big heavy wooden furniture, a very old world feel. Kitchen recently renovated. Air conditioning works well. Lovely grounds, and a beautiful villa in the park.
Toilet (or the internal mechanism) needs to be updated; it would sometimes just keep filling and therefore not flush well. Window sills should be dusted.

We had a lovely stay with our dog Lucy in the agriturismo Aggazzotti. The whole team is just wonderful, and everyone was very welcoming.
The agriturismo is run by Silvia, her mother and her brother who manages the restaurant on site which offers delicious dinners on request. Among other things, they produce fabulous pasta and also make their own wine which we can only recommend. For breakfast, you always get freshly baked cookies and cake, and also self-made yoghurt.
Silvia was being very generous, because our train broke and we didn't make it to the agriturismo on time. Upon arrival, we got offered food and wine to take to our room, because the restaurant on site was closed that day. Since we had no car, Silvia even offered us to take us to the local supermarket to do some grocery shopping.
Lucy was allowed to run around freely in the park and area, and we explored the villa close-by and the animals which belong to the agriturismo. We also enjoyed hanging out at the pool, or doing day-trips to Modena.
Everyone was being so kind, and we really loved it. Thank you SO much, Silvia, Ludo, and all the other lovely members of the team! :)

Everyone was super helpful. Called places for us to book last minute tours and tastings. They suggested some places we did not know about that turned out to be very interesting. The kids even enjoyed the places. Opened the villa next door to let us look around on our own. The food was delicious, fresh made, local cuisine. The rooms were very large. Close to many things. Spoke beautiful English. Very clean, good Wi-Fi.
Arrived in the dark, so the entrance was hard to see even though there is a large sign next to the gate. Passed by it a couple of times. GPS said we arrived past the gate spot. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The Agrazotti family has a long and integral history in Modena. It is a working farm and vineyard.
We stayed in a reconverted grainary and the suite was very spacious.
The location was perfect for drives into Modena and Marenello.
Be sure to walk the grounds of the Agrazotti summer villa now used for special occasions.
Sylvia was a wonderful host ...
Upon first arriving, the entry comes up quickly and can be easily missed when approaching from the left.
