Good, clean and large room. Very central

AC was loud as it is a wall banger so you can hear condenser cutting in and out. No blanket or doona on bed .... only bed sheets

Good place to stay in Karratha, close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Great location. The room was large and had a small kitchen. Bathroom was good with lots of shower pressure and hot water.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy and we found it impossible to get any quality sleep because of the noise it made.

The staff and the cleanliness were great. Places to eat were close and there was a bit of choice to be had.

The old fashioned A/C unit was an anti-sleep device and very effective too. The windows were secured shut despite security grade screens. Thus, fresh air was not an option to avoid the A/C. The newer rooms at the rear may be equipped with more modern A/Cs.

Not worth the money

The facilities were a bit gruppy and if there is a kitchenette, it is weird to have one wastebasket in the bathroom. The bathroom furniture did not close properly and it gave a mediocre appeal

Great service and location

The Manager (Terry) went out of her way to accommodate us with early check-in and storage and was very accommodating to our requests.

WIFI issues but apparently that was a Telstra issue (various problems throughout Karratha to be honest). Fresh towels and a quick clean would have been good during our stay of four nights (you could tell cleaners did actually come into our room and one occasion a bed was half-made)

Deceptive advertising for a standard motel room.

Not much. Just a standard motel rooom rather than an apartment.

Deceptive advertising. The booking.com ad said that we were booking a room with a pool view. The photos for the room type also featured pool photos, which appeared to show the view from the room. When we arrived we discovered that the only view we had was of a fence and a pub behind it. The woman at reception asked “the boss” to speak to me but she just put the blame on booking.com, stating that they always get things wrong. She made no offer to rectify the situation. I have used booking.com many times and it seems to me that it is up to the accommodation provider to structure their ads and prices so that it is potential customers know exactly what they are getting. If a room doesn’t have a pool view, don’t put pool view in the room description and leave the pool photos with the generic photos, not with the photos that purport to show the features of a particular room type.

Lovely room in Central Karratha, close to facilities very relaxing

Great place exceeded expectations. Had a second floor room facing the pool. Roomy, comfortable lounge, great wifi

Nothin really originally given a back room ground floor, which seemed a bit gloomy, asked if we could changed and they obliged, great.
