Wonderful stay by the beach in a great hotel.

This is an incredibly good five star classic hotel. You will have the feeling of a boutique hotel, but with all the comfort of a five star. The place is beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, the restaurant is very good, location on the private beach. The breakfast included in the price is incredible, more like a brunch. Lunch has good options too and service to your sun bed is a nice touch. There’s a valet so you don’t have to worry about parking your car. Reception personnel is very welcoming and helpful. I had a massage at the Spa which was wonderful and my family enjoyed the Turkish bath (booked privately). The gym was excellent. There was an olive oil tasting with martinis which we really appreciated. You must visit Cunda island, it’s stunning! There is a kids club which we didn’t need but the kids seemed super happy.

The only thing would be to add more international channels to the TV.

One of the best stays and resorts in Turkey

We travelled with two pets, a cat and a dog, we were upgraded to a bungalow from a standard room without any extra charges and we were amazed by how the staff arranged two separate beds for the cat and the dog along with all the needed accessories. The food was exceptional to the extent that we had to take with us in boxes as a takeaway. Rooms were very clean, staff are very professional, friendly and ready to help. We loved it and will definitely go back.

There is nothing that we disliked at all.

Relaxing and healthy journey in a luxury hotel in the Aegean coast.

high quality food and sport equipment in the gym. treadmill with see view. the spa was amazing, sauna with see view that we can book, the beach was clean with soft sand. Aegean coast is windier and cleaner than the Mediterranean coast. lovely staff. food in the restaurant was made with fresh and very tasty ingredients, the menu was really good although most of the meals included dairy. if you are intolerant make sure to ask in order to avoid bad surprises.

there is nothing much to do outside of the hotel so if this is a short stay it is ok. we stayed 3 nights that was perfect

-wonderful young and dinamic staff. They are really dedicated -general hygiene

-we were given the worst rooms in the hotel. Both were on the first floor. My mom's room was looking to the car park so a lot of noise and our room was facing an air extraction unit, so constant motor noise and a blocked 'sea view'. After complaining the manager gave us a junior suite on the 3rd floor but my mom stayed at her room. For an hotel this price this should not have happened. -a lot of wind during our stay

Good value for money at a seaside property

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a seafront location with a beautiful view at the restaurant which has a good layout&decoration. Rooms are quite comfortable and I think renovated. Bed is comfy, lighting in the room & bathroom are bright. The colors of the hotel are nautical. Snack restaurant at the beach has a nice ambiance. Massage was relaxing.

Food and beverage quality can be better, very expensive for the quality. Water pressure in the shower is not sufficient and suddenly changes from cold to hot or vice versa. Bathroom could have been cleaned better by housekeeping. Not cleaned to every detail. Elevators are small. hotel building from outside has an old/outdated look.

Quiet and peaceful

We loved it because it was quite calm and relaxing. The hotel was not crowded, the sea was nice. We loved the breakfast, kids club, restaurant, and sitting on the grass.
