It was great overall and we would like to come again!

It was very clean. The sheets and the towels were changed 2 times during our 10 day stay. The bed is very comftorable. The roof terrase is beautiful, big and it has a great view. The host is nice and welcoming. The kitchen is shared but it is really big. No oil or salt so make sure to bring it if you want to cook.

I did not like the fact that we did not get a refil of toilet paper so we had to buy it ourself. Also, it was noisy during the night when the guests were entering/leaving. The walls are really thin so this noise woke us up every time. Also there was door banging and very loud talking on those occasions. The room is quite small. The bad is big which is great but there is no more space left to open your suitcase for example.

Great location. From the roof terrace you have a fabulous views of the sea and mount Athos and the green hills of Sithonia. The apartment is nice and i loved the balcony with sea views. Very friendly host.

The house is really close to the city center. It has an amazing terrace , where you could enjoy your coffee or dinner. There are a lot options for parking place.

stay was nice, the whole area is a bit noisy till 1:30 int the night, due to the bars and sometimes also the not so nice

nice roof terrace, clean and well maintained rooms.

the church bells are randomly pulled in the morning, sometimes sever times during one hour interval. room supply’s like toilet paper should be provided during the whole stay, not only one at arrival.

Personal bussiness of an owner obsessed about control, not turism

Sea view, even it is a little bit far from the sea Clean Terrace available - comon space Balcony

- owner obsessed to control everything; - no water pressure in the shower - no daily basis necessities checked (you receive only one toillet paper & one soap - if you need more, you should ask for it & this is not at all agreable) - first cleaning made after 4 days (not even the garbage) - I did not used the tv because it had a password, probably only the owner knows it - AC is under payment. Really, in this century? This rule determined to not buy it even I would afford it.

Comfortable stay at Despina's Haus

Spectacular view of the sea, spacious room, spacious and comfy bed. Availability of fridge, plates and cutlery. Nice neighborhood. Friendly host.

I can't think of anything. I had a comfortable stay.

We liked the owner who was quite welcoming to us, the small kitchen amenities, the comfortable and clean beds (thank you Laura) and the fact that we had every necessity we needed...

- The sink in the bathroom could had been a bit larger since there was still space between it and the fully opened door - The ceiling fan made a bit of noise in the highest speed which could get a bit annoying when using for too long (like all night for example)

Awesome house with amazing view from the rooftop terrace. Kitchen and BBQ on site. Clean rooms and good location, around 5-7mins walking from the beach and city center. Hosts are very kind people and are always available for questions and advices

Only minus is the extra charge for the A/C - 3 euro per day per room.

Comfortable beds, big apartment with very nice view over Sarti. Everything as described. Excellent for families or group of friends.

Hot water has low pressure. Photos from the description of the apartment includes photos from the roof terrace with the barbecue and make you believe that the terrace belong to the apartment.

Nice place but look out on description of the room

The localization is very good. Quiet area and near to town centre and beach. There is great taras on the roof with beautiful view. The building is clean. There is no problem with talking in english with host.

We paid for studio with kitchen but our studio wasn't studio but only room with bathroom and different than on photos.
