Ptit déjeuner de tres bonne qualite. Staff a lacceuil au petit soin et dune grande ecoute (Otmane et Mohammed)

Toutes les chambres sont communiquent et donc on entend absolument tout les voisin. J'ai changé 3 fois de chambre, un vrai désastre si vous cherchez le calme....

Le service - le personnel est plus que adorable La piscine chauffée La super salle de sport et de yoga Les espaces verts entretenus La taille de la chambre type suite Les communs : décoration , odeur etc l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel Le spa : le gommage et hamman marocain, on ressort comme neuf Le petit déjeuner super Le thé à la menthe au top

Pas d’accès direct à la mer mais navette possible et gratuite jusque la mer , Agadir et aussi Taghazout Peut-être un peu trop calme le soir

We werden uitstekend in de watten gelegd door alle zeer vriendelijke personeel! Een speciale dank aan Abeldaziz en zijn jonge collega van de poolbar en het restaurant voor hun werk!

Heel ruime en mooie kamer maar we misten een douche in plaats van het ligbad.

Uitstekend

Alles was buiten gewoon goed. Vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel die veel moeite deden om aan je wensen te voldoen. Ontbijt was van zeer goede kwaliteit ,vers en ruim voldoende. Zwembad was schoon en goed onderhouden inclusief de tuin. De spa was ook heel schoon.

Informatie verstrekken over wijziging tijden shuttlebus Agadir i.v.m Ramadan en ook sluitingstijd pool café ( bestellen eten ). Wijziging van tijd shuttlebus Agadir stond weliswaar op de informatie poster bij de receptie maar als tourist en niet inheemse gaat het helaas niet vanzelfsprekend. Beperkte shuttlebus service Agadir. Gezien de afstand naar Agadir en de hoeveelheden luxe hotels in de omgeving zou je bijna denken aan een creatieve oplossing zoals samen met de andere hotels in de buurt een regelmatig shuttlebus service bieden naar Agadir. Is efficiënt ,kost besparend , klant en milieuvriendelijk.

Ne recommande pas cet hôtel très déçus

L’hôtel est magnifique comme sur les photos

Le personnel était à la limite de l’irrespect. Nous somme français et mon mari est Franco-Marocain. Pour commencer la dame de l’accueil pas aimable ni souriante nous informe que dans notre réservation nous avons inclus le spa au final il s’avère que ce n’était pas la cas. Le soir nous commandons un verre au bord de la piscine à 23h mais le serveur nous dit qu’il en a marre et finis à minuit. Pour finir le lendemain à la piscine un employé de l’hôtel vient demander à mon mari s’il est de l’hôtel. Un énorme delis de faciès. Nous étions pas alaise et nous somme partis directement. Et pour conclure le lit n’étais pas confortable ça m’a même bloqué le dos. Pour finir déçu de cet hôtel qui est très chers et qui est raciste dans le comportement avec les clients. Si vous êtes marocain ou un couple mixte je ne le recommande pas!

La piscina es increíble. Las instalaciones en general muy bonitas y cómodas. Habitaciones grandes ( el baño un poco feo respecto al resto del hotel). Necesitas coche para llegar a la playa

Baños eran feos. No daban aspecto de muy limpios aunque lo estaban. Cerca de la habitación habían unas máquinas con ruido, pero si cierras las ventanas no hay problema

But for the noise in the room - which unfortunately ruined everything - the hotel was perfectly OK

Nice people , nice location , lovely views

The noise of the AC which , even when switched off , left a very irritating noise which meant we couldn’t sleep . We were offered other rooms but each one had the same problem . So we had to sleep overnight on the balcony!! The front desk were well aware of this but no offer for recompense was offered . To be fair we never asked but some kind of offer would have been positively received

Je ne recommande pas pour des vacances avec enfants

Le personnel notamment Mehdi (à la réception) et ses bonnes adresses pour se restaurer

Literie 👎 pas du tout confortable Breakfast très basique rien de waouw pour un 5* Aucune attraction pour les enfants mis à part un toboggan et une balançoire qu'on retrouve pareil aux airs de repos. Le kids club etant fermé, Aucune autre activite nest propose pour enfants du coup l'ennuie total. Les chambres sont corrects mais ceux avec la vue océan /piscine autrement ce nest pas intéressant (j'ai du rajouter un supplément pour en bénéficier) malgré que sur ma réservation c'était mentionné vue piscine. Bref, hôtel correcte sans plus, il ne merite pas ses 5* et pour des vacances je ne recommande pas il ya bcp mieux Très mauvais rapport qualité prix

pour un hôtel,cinq étoiles, je trouve que le personnel n’est pas assez au Soin de la clientèle. Pas de portier. Pas de voiturier. Au petit déjeunerJe dois faire moi-même le service. Je ne me demande pas qu’on apporte le petit déjeuner jusqu’à ma table mais au moins de demander si nous avons besoin de quelque chose c’est petit attention qui font toute la différence par rapport aux autres cinq étoiles que j’ai pu faire. points positifs, les chambres sont spacieuses agréable. J’ai demandé à avoir une vue sur mer choses qu’on m’a apporté et la gentillesse du bagagiste qui est vraiment à l’écoute du personnel.

The staff at the hotel were helpful. They had a special animation team for children’s activities which were held throughout the day and late into the evenings! The staff were willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Great pool area and kids playground! Excellent views 😊
