Excellent service, good breakfast, good location.

The facilities and location are perfect. We also received excellet service from the staff in the hotel. Overall we are very happy.

Great Stay at Grand Hyatt

The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia making it very convenient to get dinner after a long day out. It is also very near to other good malls like Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City & Sarinah. We love the overall hotel hospitality too.

Excellent experience,will definitely be on top of the list on my next trip.

Exceptional friendliness and staff assistance at all times, I had alittle three year old that need some urgent late night assistance which was attended to without any hesitations. Congrats to the staff and team at the Grand Hyatt.

Nothing really, we had a really good experience. I am a frequent traveller to jakarta and have stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotel in jakarta including the Marriot and the Ritz Carlton.

Deluxe Hotel, Perfect Location, Professional Staff

- The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia Mall, and nearby Grand Indonesia Mall. - Varied and wonderful breakfast buffet. - Kind and helpful staff.

- Classic elevators' system, does not accomplish the first order, instead, it stops in many floors to get passengers. - No self-service coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant, only by order. - In my last days, children were housed on the 19th floor, although it was supposed to be for guests seeking for a quiet floor.

5-Star Luxury

This is a beautiful 5-start hotel in a prime location. It's close to the MRT and there's 2 nearby shopping malls, Plaza Indonesia (high-end luxury shops) which is connected to the hotel, and Grand Indonesia (upper middle class shops) which is just across the road. It has a pool, a salon (doesn't cut kids' hair), gym, and 4 restaurants with 1 of them open 24hrs/day. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean, and big. There's lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes nearby. My wife loved the restaurant decor, she said it was so pretty. I loved the breakfast, it was wonderful and always had lots of options; several cooked-to-order.

My wife lost a pair of red socks that were left in our room.

Excellent hotel with exemplary service.

One of the receptionist by the named of Mia waited and greeted us at the entrance, and ushered us all the way to the room during check-in. It was a very personalized service that we really appreciated. All the staffs were also very friendly and polite.

Great family vacation.

The location was perfect for us. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia and across the street from Grand Indonesia, The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant staff was very accommodative to provide us a complimentary slice of cake for a birthday surprise for my daughter during breakfast. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Staff was very respectful, friendly and cooperative at all times. Location was perfect with connecting mall and plaza inside the mall with all facilities. Cleanliness was top notch and food was also delicious.

I liked mostly everything but one thing they can change is the lemon shower gel and shampoo. Its personal preference but other varieties would also be good.

Terrific stay overall.

The central location was perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the rooms and bed were terrific. View of the Bundaran HI was also nice. Staff were also very nice.

The air-conditioning was really cold and windy even when we turned up the temperature so we had to turn it off most of the time.
