Un angolo di tranquillità domestica dopo una giornata di lavoro.

Rapporto qualità prezzo, cucina, doccia comoda.

Sarebbe necessario: nella stanza da letto o una tenda oscurante, infatti entra troppa luce nella stanza sia di notte che al mattino.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Abbiamo passato qui la sera di capodanno perché abbastanza vicino alle terme e per fare un giro nella Tuscia. L appartamento era perfetto per due persone con ingresso bagno Letto matrimoniale angolo cottura dotato di tutto e balconcino. Vicino al centro del paese. La signora che lo gestisce molto gentile e l appartamento aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto per essere la notte di capodanno.

Ci siamo trovati particolarmente bene

Posizione comoda per poter raggiungere i paesi limitrofi (Viterbo es), pulizia e ordine eccellenti. La proprietaria di casa molto disponibile e cordiale.

Non eccelle per insonorizzazione, questo non pregiudica che comunque ci sia tranquillità soprattutto nella notte , ma i rumori esterni se forti si sentono abbastanza.

Eccellente conferma

Per la prima volta ho provato un altro appartamento degli stessi proprietari. Anche questo molto accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Al piano terra soggiorno con angolo cottura e al piano superiore bagno e camera da letto con una meravigliosa vista sui tetti del centro storico di Tuscania

Perfect location, stylish, clean, spacious studio apartment.

Great location, very close to the centre. The room itself was very spacious with a lovely, comfortable bed. we were given a different room to the one we booked because we didn’t need the cooker. so we were shown into another that also had a kitchenette but only with fridge and worktop + tea/coffee facilities and dining table. there was a self-locking back door entrance/exit onto the external stairway, which was very convenient. The bathroom was lovely, large and the whole property was very clean with stylish decor. The air conditioner worked well. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area so I recommend to take a plug in burner or similar. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the owner, whom I believe is native English speaker but we met the very friendly housekeeper, a local Italian woman and my partner is Italian so we managed well. I noticed the supply room on the ground floor and was so impressed with how organised an clean everything was. Great place, highly recommend.

Great accommodation, best we had in Italy for that budget, clean, nicely decorated in a private house with charm. The host was very helpful and speaks excellent English, which is rarely the case in Italy:) Tuscania surprised us very much, lovely energy and great little town, we highly recommend it!

Exceptional

I liked everything about this place, the address, how the apartment was decorated, the cleanliness and not least the communication with the host. As I was traveling by public transport and it was impossible to catch my return flight from Rome in the morning, the host was kind enough to take me to the airport. I would recommend this place anytime!

I Love This Place !

The most beautiful place to stay when you traveling in Tuscania! Everything there is made whith love! The location is perfect and the view from the balcony specially in sunset is like a magic! Nicolina was very helpful and friendly, Joseph the Owner is the best host you will ever have! And also the all design of the apartments and the furniture's are very high level,I'm so glad I've been there!

room was spacious and clean the bathroom very nice. the location was good.

the place was difficult to find , there was no signage on the outside. also, not easy to drop luggage at the front , because its on a tiny street which is difficult to navigate, therefore my luggage had to be carried from the parking area. the entire area is cobble stone so rolling is not easy. the host was not helpful at all but i really didnt know who the host was.

The room was really big, confortable and beautifull! It wad a kitchnette equiped in the next room and there was also a cosy balcony. The hosts were very nice and helpful and we felt at home. Really near the center (5 min) and with a car parking (payed but cheap) 3 min walking.

Little gem in Tuscania old town

Wonderful location in the heart of the Old Town... equipped with all for a few days' stay. Very clean and quiet. Recommended if you are looking for a quiet spot from which to explore tuscania and surrounding area.

Really great apartment in the historic city centre!

Very kind and helpful hosts! Fast communication over the booking chat every time we had a question. The apartment was awesome: a great and modern apartment with a historic charm - the mix of both was really well done! There even was some stuff for breakfast in the fridge and on the table. The kitchen was well equipped. We also got a free parking permit to park near to the apartment. The apartment was in the old city centre of Tuscania, so you didn't feel like a tourist. ;-) We really had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

Just one little thing: we actually booked the large apartment, which was occupied in the first night of our stay. Our apartment was a bit smaller, but the host made it cheaper then. So everything was okay. They have several apartments, if you like to stay in a specific one, you should write them before.
