Disappointing, regarding Tesla charging situation.

The restaurant food was excellent.

They claim to be part of the Tesla Destination Charger network. This is not true, a payment of 25Euros is demanded on leaving.

Stop-over

Sufficient parking and low noise level at night.

The room partially did not match the description given. And allthough we had a reservation, the room was cold when we arrived, no heating just AC. Visible signs of usage on the walls and the window.

A. good place for a stopover with excellent dinner.

This is a good place for a stopover en route. The hotel is functional, on the outside of the town. It has nice grounds so set back from a busy road. The restaurant was the best feature, we enjoyed a very good meal.

The location. It was not what were expected. It is a relais du silence but I think the term is relative to the location.

Good and relaxing stay - we used it as an stop over on the way to Spain.

The location with the park is awesome. Service very friendly and the breakfast nicely prepared.

relaxing setting a little off the beaten track outside of Thiers

The location is good for touring, just outside Thiers. Great if you are touring but certainly a step above usual one stop autoroute properties. the food is pricey but worth it!

Its a fair old walk from the car to the property.

Great hotel to stop off on a road trip

The restaurant was excellent, had a really great dinner and the child menu was also good without being the usual chicken nugget stuff. Rooms are comfortable, with AC and quiet. Breakfast was also good.

There was a note on the Tesla destination charger saying there was a fixed charge, although I don’t remember if I they charged it in the end, but in general think it should be free or charged per kWh.

Disappointing

The breakfast at this place is simply terrible. No variation, no vegetables, no healthy options at all. TERRIBLE omelette and out-of-can fruits.

I specifically ordered a large double bed - instead I got two single beds. The rooms are OLD and do not correspond to the price this hotel is charging. What you get is not worth your money.

An excellent base for visiting the local highlights such as Theirs and Vichy

Set back from a busy road, the hotel is remarkably peaceful and set within small park-like grounds. Nicely presented, modern and quiet rooms with all expected amenities. Having stayed here before, I was very pleased that the restaurant was still up to a very good standard and offered a good range of dishes and a more than adequate wine list. A good breakfast is also available.

Not much to complain about, just a general gripe as I am allergic to dog hair and, as dogs were allowed in the rooms, it would be nice for the hotel to maintain a few "no dogs" rooms for we sufferers.

Bulbs in bedroom did not function. Room was not ready when we arrived although time of arrival was given

It was adequate, no more.

Accommodation is disappointingly motel style with no character. Restaurant facilities are overpriced, pretentious and too fussy. Window in our room didnt open so claustrophobic. The room price isnt low and as such really ought to include breakfast which is unnecessarily expensive so we just skipped it. Even so, when I said we had not had breakfast, reception tried to insist my husband had had it, saying they 'had seen a man there'. I didnt like the insinuation I might be trying to mislead them.
