What a pleasure to get to meet Fredrica and stay at her wonderful B&B. Her communication before my trip and then her help with getting oriented was fantastic. This B&B is so close to all the Estrucan sites that I wanted to see for my UNESCO quest. Fredrica went above and beyond as a hostess!

Our friendly and accommodating host, Federica, who came to pick us up at the train station, gave us dining recommendations, and provided us with an electrical adapter since we had forgotten ours.
Some street noise late at night since we were right in the city.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Federica, direct plaats voor onze fietsen aangeboden.
Heel mooi pand dicht bij het centrum en op wandelafstand van necropoli.
Mooie kamer en badkamer
Lekker ontbijt

Although we were a little late arriving Federica immediately arrived and settled us into our rooms which were comfortable and clean. Federica also gave us some great tips on where to eat and was available in Tarquinia, and also arrived next morning to provide breakfast.

La posizione che consente di muoversi a piedi per visitare Tarquinia e la Necropoli.

The location is wonderful, right in the centre of Traquinia, easy to get to all the museums, restaurants and supermarkets. Federica is a great hostess, very friendly and ready to help. My son is very tall and I was worried that the bed would be too short for him, so Federica sent us a diagram of the bed to see if it would fit. The 188cm bed was fine and comfortable for my 192cm son. The room for three was very comfortable and big enough for the three of us. Everything we needed was in the room. Our room had a great layout, I really liked it, with the bathroom to the right of the entrance and a small staircase, a small but cosy study area and a large room with a tiny but lovely balcony. Great mosquito net! as an extra door, I haven't seen this type before, very comfortable. It was very hot in Tarquinia but the air conditioning worked well so we had a good night. Again, it was a great pleasure to meet Federica, she is very polite, friendly, helpful and speaks English, which is not usual in this part of Italy.
Everything was fine

The property is in a converted medieval building conveniently located just inside the city wall. There is public parking an easy fine-minute walk away outside the wall; it costs 3 euros for 24 hours.
The owner is personable and fluent in English. She gave us a city map and offered suggestions for eating.

This is a centuries-old building that has been beautifully refurbished with all modern conveniences. Its location inside the medieval walls is ideal for the Etruscan museum, the Necropolis, and many excellent restaurants. Federica, the owner & manager, welcomed me like an old friend -- she met me at the train station (!!!), conversed at length in Italian & fluent English about everything I needed to know (and then some!) and cooked a first-class savory breakfast each day: the best hospitality I can imagine! Tarquinia is a beautiful city, and with her B&B as my base I had a fantastic experience.
There was nothing I didn't love. I would say that, given the age of the structure, the doorways must be navigated carefully by anyone over 6 ft/2 m (people were shorter 600 years ago). Also the bed was narrow. But those were very minor considerations for me, given the stupendous quality of everything else.

I stayed one night at I Tre Camini together with my daughter, we had a nice and very clean room, very good breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh coffee. Very good service! Thanks!

federicca is an awesome host and will make you feel welcome. She is an excellent cook and will overwhelm you with breakfast… In a good way.
The closeness to everything inside the city walls is a huge plus.
Nothing.

great location, clean and very cozy room. friendly staff and tasty breakfast.
thank you :)

Federica was an excellent host. The breakfasts were just what I needed to start the day. The B&B is in an excellent location near both the centre of town and the necropolis. My room was clean and comfortable.
4.7
We arrived earlier than the time that we had originally indicated, but Federica was very kind and rushed to let us in, even though she was busy at the moment. Throughout our stay she went consistently above and beyond to be helpful, and the breakfast she prepared for us was exceptional. This is a REAL "Bed and Breakfast," in the original sense of the word (few hosts who call their structures "B&B" understand this): impeccable hospitality, comfort, kindness, lovely room and bathroom, and DELICIOUS, JUST-PREPARED, ABUNDANT BREAKFAST!
It might be nice to have a small fridge in the room. But I'm not complaining! Everything was exceptional.

location was great. Within walking distance to everything important to see.
The breakfast was so generous we felt wasteful.
4.7
Lovely city and free parking facilities close to the place, just outside the citywall. Good service.

Fantastic breakfast spread, plus host made eggs and bacon to order. We were allowed to store a small amount of perishables in the kitchen fridge upon request.
There is nothing we didn’t like! Be aware that if you have a car, the schedule when you can/can’t enter the historic area is strict. However host helps you work it out! And anyway parking outside the wall is also convenient and free.

The place had a lot of character, and it was all arranged with a great deal of thought. The hostess was truly exceptional, very hospitable, very kind and generous. The breakfast was delicious and copious. The hostess asked us before for our preferences and served us accordingly. Very thoughtful.
Nothing in particular.

Perfect B&B! Federica made us feel perfectly at home - the breakfast is amazing and the best I've had in Italy. The room is beautiful and spacious, has AC and a little balcony. In terms of hosting-quality I wish I could give more than 10 points because all my expectations were exceeded. We will definitely come back, thanks for everything! :)

Convenient location (the public parking is just behind the city walls, 3min away). Amazing host who cares a lot. She has been a delight!

I stayed in 6 different hotels/apartments and this had the best bathroom by far. It is centuries old and I would've bumped my head on the doorway if I was a few inches taller, and still- perfectly usable! Federica picked me up, gave me the best tourist information available online, and customized the breakfast for me. She is a delight and so is this building.
The coffee wasn't excellent
