Great stay, unbeatable location!

Very nice place right in the historical centre of the city. Big room with a kitchenette, comfy large bed, TV with subscriptions and a full breakfast in the room. Beautifully remodeled bathroom. The hosts were very helpful, they provided useful information before my arrival and they were there to greet me and show me around. Next time in Benevento I'm staying there again!

Get rid of the mold in your rooms, it is unprofessional to rent out rooms with a health hazard.

Mold in the room. Unhealthy for us and our kid. Strongly recommend to renovate the room to standards, as mold is a hazard to your health and it was clearly visible as well as you could smell it.

cozy and modern guesthouse in the old town of Benevento

The guesthouse is indeed very clean. My studio was on the ground floor so access to it was very easy. The equipment of the room included all the necessary elements and amenities including a kitchenette. The entire decor is modern and tasteful. The breakfast was typically Italian (sweet) but the products provided were varied. and in good choice The guesthouse is located in the old town and is close to all the interesting sights and museums of Benevento. Emilio is a lovely host, willing to help and giving all possible advice. Considering everything I wrote above, I think the price is very competitive. Emilio, thank you for your hospitality! I will stay at your guesthouse once again if I will be in this region of Italy!

Location is perfect.You can walk to everywhere. We arrived late but Emilio came from his house and open the door for us at very late hour. And also it was good to find the fresh croissants on the door.

Perfect city center stay

The host and the rest of the team were incredible nice and they helped me with everything. The room was spacious and clean, also there was everything I needed there. Really great place and great hosts.

I struggled a bit to understand the shower control but at the end was ok :)

A quiet, convenient place to stay close to all the sights and action in Benevento.

The location was great for visiting Benevento, a lovely and lively city. Emilio was very attentive and helpful. The street was quiet yet so close to the action.

Perfect location in lovely Benevento. lots of effort went into making the units comfortable and fun.

No big deal for us, but had a sloped ceiling which would be a problem for a very tall person.

Awesome Experiencework

Awesome location, central location to the main market and important places to visit, comfortable bed, clean room, fresh crossiants of different varieties every morning, fresh yogurt, fresh juices, water, milk, breads, cookies, tea, coffee refilled everyday. The owner is also very helpful and offers free ride from railway station (Benevento) to Piazza Roma. Cleaning lady cleans the room and utensils (if any) everyday. Great Experience!

Lovely little place

Our host was super helpful from the very beginning, helping us to find parking, and providing written information about historical sites, restaurants, etc. All landmarks are in walking distance, 15 mins away or so. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. The room was well sized. Breakfast options were reasonably varied, and having fresh (and delicious) croissant delivered to your door is a really thoughtful touch.

As usual with free parking on the streets, it's a bit of a lottery depending on the time. In addition to the parking recommend by the host, a nearby alley isn't as crowded as the main roads.

Nice stay at a cozy place in Benevento centro storico

The host is very courteous and friendly guy. He will make your stay as convenient as possible. After arrival we called him and a few minutes later we met just araound the corner of the accomodation. he also recommended us an area to park the car. He explained us everything in the verey cozy room and around the center of the city. In the morninga fresh croissant will be delivered for your breakfast. Highly recommended - book it!!

Pleasant

The appartment was close to the old town and on the Sunday evening we were there, the Christmas lights were being lit and celebrated. It was lovely to be able to join in. The town is quite attractive and has a well preserved Roman Theatre which is worth visiting. For break fast warm croissants were delivered to the door which was very welcome.

In all of our travels I feel we have had better value for money. The room was A framed so there was very little room to move, and I had to bend to get into the bed. It made watching TV awkward. The TV also did not function very well.
