Location, location, location. We were able to see a lot of things just walking around from this setting. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to unpack. Enjoyed our stay here.

Everything just perfect! A door code and check-in instructions were given us in advance. Very friendly and helpful host, Jonas, warmly welcomed us and answered all the questions. An ideal - very central, yet quiet location, a few minutes walk from the famous Hallgrimskirkja church. No problem finding a parking slot nearby for our rental car, even in the evenings (free of charge). The accommodation itself was great. Cosy, stylish, spacious apartment with everything one needs. A very well-equipped kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Stable, fast WLAN. Our kids enjoyed a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Youtube etc.
Nothing al all!

Fantastic location - perfect for exploring Reykjavic and the surruonding area. Though not huge, the apartment was big enough for a family of four, with great bedrooms and bathroom and a simple kitchen. There is free parking in the streets outside - we always found a space within a short walk of the apartment, though most days we were able to park directly outside. The wifi and large TV (with Netflix) were great for entertaining the children and the central heating was fantastic.
There was a little bit of road noise which we weren't used to (though if you live in a city you probably won't notice). We arrived very late (and tired) becasue of a delayed flight and were frustrated to discover we were in a different apartment to the one in all the pictures (after trying and failing to get the door code to work - turned out it was the wrong door!). I may have missed it but don't remember this being communicated at any point. However our apartment was equally well-equipped so it all worked out. There were also a few broken light switches and under the bed was quite dirty.

Great location, very clean, easy access with code system

Perfect for a 4-night stay with friends, located around 5 mins walk from the main bus terminal which drops to and from airport and is around a 10 min walk from the main town area. The apartment is clean and modern, and the cupboards were stocked full of useful bits like teabags, washing up liquid etc. The beds were really comfy and shower was nice and hot. Easy to access apartment with front door code, it was easy to contact host via booking.com with any questions.
Nothing - only small bit of feedback, would have been good to have a mirror in the second bedroom.

The location and the consideration of space.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything we needed. Comfortable and quiet neighbourhood. A very accommodating and approachable property owner. Everything we needed was in the apartment.
We had no issues.

The apartment was beautifully designed, warm, clean and well equipped. It was situated within close walking distance to the centre of Reykjavik with good free parking on the quiet streets around it.
Just a small comment, could of done with extra pillows!

Location was fab. Clean and tidy.
No mirror in the one bedroom

Downtown location, made it really easy to walk to main areas and access transport links-essential for bus tours.
The apartment was functional and clean. The beds were really comfortable, we all slept very well. Complimentary coffee was much appreciated and good quality.
The only bathroom is located in the middle of the apartment with a pull over door.

The apartment itself, perfect for a holiday!

Great location and walking distance to the centre of the city. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts of home. The owner was also so helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and will be back. Thank you!!

Extremely well equipped Apartment 5 min from Hallgrims Church. Very comfortable beds and kitchen with everything needed for self cooking. Will definitely book again, when staying in Iceland.

Everything was already available in the apartment, we didn't need to buy any basic things like coffee, salt, pepper, shampoo, etc. There's even ditergent available for the washing machine and also for the dishwasher.
Trash bags were also available but these were weirdly shaped for the bin so we had to improvise a bit.
The beds were amazing and so was the bathroom. All nicely clean when we arrived.

Jonas was the perfect host. We arrived early and needed to store our luggage before the apartment was ready. Jonas talked to our driver and we dropped the bags off at his house. Later Jonas delivered the bags to the apartment, and they were there for us when we gained access. He even arranged for the apartment to be ready a bit early.
The apartment is perfectly located. We could walk everywhere easily to the main shopping area. The church was our landmark, and we never got lost. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We highly recommend it to anyone coming to Reykjavik who wants two bedrooms and kitchen facilities instead of staying in a hotel.
Jonas was available by text or phone for any questions. Thank you!

Location was good, close to shops and restaurants, slightly hilly 10
minute walk and 7-9 min flat walk to the main bus terminal for tours,
Well equipped kitchen with everything you'd need to cook a meal and
they were generous with leaving all washing powder, dishwasher tablets,
washing up stuff etc, good fridge freezer, washer/dryer & drying
rack. Bed was extremely comfortable, lots of wardrobe space but please
note, 2nd bed is not a proper bed but a sofa bed! Excellent shower.
Extremely warm but you could control the radiators, but not the
underfloor heating. Please note there were no windows that opened more
than 2" so nowhere to get fresh air unless you left the front door
or french door in bedroom open, also a fire risk. The main bedroom was
large and cooler with a window that opened 4", & a french door,
the bed was extremely comfortable. Note 2nd bedroom only has a rather
uncomfortable sofa bed, not a proper bed as mentioned in the listing! On
the whole a comfortable apartment, very well equipped with an excellent
shower with shower gel, shampoo conditioner etc. Shame about the
uncomfortable lounge area with no tv though, we don't watch much tv
anyway but for someone who does, this could be a problem.
Generally not the "luxury" standard as listed, many things in
listing are wrong, eg airport transfer, when questioned, all we got was
"the listing is wrong"!! The downside of this place was that
the kitchen/living room was rather small, one small hard leather
sofa and a tiny hard upright chair, large dining table & chairs,
which, together with the kitchen, dominated this small room. No tv in
lounge area, so nowhere to sit in comfort, put your feet up after a long
day out on tours, and watch a film at night, which is what you want to
do after the long tiring tours! 2Nd bedroom has a sofabed & tv,
which we tried to convert into a sofa & watch a film there, but sofa
be didn't convert into a sofa and kept collapsing! Not exactly the
"luxury" standard listed! 2Nd "bedroom" which my
husband had to sleep in some of the time due to a heavy cold, didn't
have a proper bed, merely a rather uncomfortable sofabed which sunk in
the middle. The listing describes a large double bedroom and a double
bedroom, another example of the booking.com listing's inaccuracies.
TVs in "bedrooms" but we don't watch tv in bed, bad for
backs, romance & sleep! No Information book, so no helpful local
information, map and no wifi details, correspondence with the manager
was terse, short and rather unfriendly, owner please note! Maybe it was
us, but the fact we had to ask for an info booklet isn't good! I run
a successful holiday cottage rental business myself and consider this
imperative to guests comfort! I suspect this is the Icelandic way but
helpful information is greatly valued in a completely unusual different
country to ours.
