Wonderful! Would stay again

Lovely hot spring hotel with great view of the mountain and very friendly staff. Convenience store right next door.

Located a little far from the town centre if you’re not driving, but that is the same as all the hot spring hotels.

Friendly and helpful staff Collection shuttle from station was appreciated Peaceful location

Rooms and bathrooms were not in a good state of repair. AC unit was leaking, lots of peeling paint, bath tub was pulling away from the wall. Insects were coming through the gap in the seal. Hot spring was underwhelming. The bath tubs are plastic and do not easily fit more than one person. Even after following advice and running water for several minutes, it never got properly hot. A public spring we visited nearby had much hotter water. Mountain view room mainly had a view of the roof covering the garden. No lamp or reading light in the room, only full ceiling light or darkness.

Gutes Hotspring-Hotel

Kleines Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt mit eigener Hotspring im Badezimmer. Zimmer klein und Zweckmäßig. Sehr nettes Personal! Unkomplizierte Erstattung auf Kulanz, nachdem wir nach einem Erdbeben kurzfristig einen Tag früher als geplant wieder abreisen mussten.

Das Frühstück wird in einem Korb morgens direkt ins Zimmer geliefert. Fanden wir etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

超級舒適貼心的溫馨小旅館

這是台灣我目前住宿過最滿意的地方！價格實惠、空間乾淨、舒適，床鋪柔軟但有支撐度，管家服務洽到好處，不會過度熱情、但是你需要時她都在；我們一共住三個晚上，每天都會來收垃圾和打掃地板，還在我想要換新毛巾時主動換好了，都還沒開口就觀察細微、服務到位，實在很優質！管家還能接駁火車站的去回，還在其中一天開車載我們到市區，服務超貼心！當然不能忘了超大浴缸空間，兩個人泡都很好👍黃金湯有點鹹味，富含鐵質，消除疲勞，太舒服了！旁邊又有全家便利商店，想吃什麼喝什麼都不用擔心，很方便。隔音很好，隔壁有人也不會吵！早餐會有一個可愛小籃子放在門口，三明治+飲料+水果，連三天都是不同的內容，很用心！而且為了不讓晚起的客人覺得冷掉不好吃，還用心的搭配內容，確實我們就算冬天來，帶出門在火車上當成午餐，還是越吃越好吃！這麼有Senses 的旅館只在法國遇過，台灣還是第一次！太值得來了！讓我們的瑞穗溫泉行非常放鬆，被照顧得好好的💕

位置距離火車站還有點距離，但住宿樓下就有全家，7-11也在不遠處，雖然旅店沒有電梯，但其他地方都很滿意，浴缸以及浴室都很大，早餐用野餐籃裝著，味道也好吃

Incredible, hospitable and friendly service!

Amazingly hospitable and friendly service. Mia was so kind to drive us into town and pick us up again. We arrived wet and muddy from a day of cycling and the staff were very patient and tolerant of us. The room has a big spa with mineral water. The breakfast was very nice. The view both to the trees in the back and of the town was beautiful.

Decor was a bit dated looking.

Great for cyclists with a hot spring afterwards

Free bicycle hire. It's a great area for cycling. Recommend cycling to Butterfly Valley where there is a better hot spring. Staff very helpful took us to and from station. We used them every day so this was a big plus.

Maybe it's just the natural temperature and they can do nothing about it but the hot spring water was rather lukewarm. They have demolished outdoor pool. In room breakfast, a bacon sandwich, was OK for one night but would like some variation for more than that.

Exceptional

A family-run hotspring that refurbished to suit the current time. Though the facade of the building is not the flashiest along the street, the inside fitting is chic and clean. Love the huge bathtub!

The building doesn't have a lift. If you have heavy luggage or travelling with family, opt for the cabin. But, I must say that the staff and the owner are extremely helpful.

Superb

We arrived after a long cycle to the hotel to a very friendly reception. The private hot spring bath in the room and beautiful outdoor area are fabulous. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Its in a great location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Mia spoke English so it was easy to communicate too. My friend had allergies so they helped us change our room. Breakfast came in cute little baskets and hot spring facilities were good.

Super great hot spring in the room with nice view. Convenience shop is at the 1st floor, you don't have to prepare anything to eat/drink until arrival.
