Уютный отель с хорошим персоналом

Очень уютный и комфортный отель, где все удобно и продуманно. Самый главный плюс это наличие в отеле бассейна и столиков около его, где можно всегда посидеть и выпить сока. Отличная уборка в номере. Всегда приветливый персонал. Нам понравился смотрящий за отелем Хасан. Хасан добрейший и хороший человек, который всегда помогает решить все вопросы. Спасибо ему за помощь!

Можно немного добавить разнообразия к завтракам.

Great choice to stay in Oludeniz if you want cosy apartments

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment, not that big in space but with own patio to sit in a shadow after noon and right next to the pool. The furniture were not in a good shape, just passable for the price. Kitchen had small fridge, electric stove, turkish-style kettle and enough of kitchenware. Two sofas in the living room and a king bed in bedroom, that were quite cosy. The pool was not a requirement for us, merely a nice addition to keep ourselves cool in afternoon after beach exercises - children were happy. Several time we prepared barbecue in the garden, it is shared among guest but no problem to use it. We also tried local breakfasts provided by hotel, they were decent while not that rich. There are a few apartments in hotel, so the hotel garden wasn't crowded. And inner hotel space is isolated from a road nearby and you hear almost no noise from clubs and parties. Location is perfect - 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. One shop is in the same building, two another are 1 minute walk. Special word should be dedicated to the host, Hasan, who did amazing job to make our holiday comfortable. And while the hotel itself is not perfect most of the inconveniences are totally compensated by the personnel attitude and hospitality.

Wi-fi signal is pretty weak in the room and connection is slow. Cats are wonderful, but their constant presence can be annoying

Acceptable, but far from perfect

1. Our host Hasan was very kind and welcoming, thanks to him! 2. Although we didn't use the pools (no need for them near the sea), we appreciated the cozy garden and especially the wonderful cats living there :) 3. We were provided with large sun umbrellas for free, which were very helpful (umbrellas on the Blue Lagoon beach are rather small and don't provide much shade, so adding an extra one was definitely a good idea). 4. The location allows to reach the beach in 5 minutes by foot. Unfortunately, Ölüdeniz is not the most pleasant place to walk through... but that's definitely not the fault of the hotel. Anyway, it's much better than taking a bus / taxi / car to the beach, which is the only option for the most part of the resort (traffic jams are horrible!)

1. The apartments used to be well equipped a long time ago, but they are not maintained properly. Many things are broken and not functioning in bathroom and kitchen. Owners should definitely pay more attention to their property. Small investment could greatly enhance overall impression. 2. The kitchen has only a small double electric stove, which takes ages to get hot. Even getting 1 liter of water to boil is very slow. Can't imagine cooking a large piece of meat on it. There is no proper oven either, just microwave. 3. Wi-Fi is incredibly slow and unstable. We had to switch to mobile data from our phones, as Wi-Fi was completely unusable. 4. The rooms had only few power outlets, all of them located inconveniently (not near the tables and beds). So in order to charge the phones, to power the laptops etc. you need to unplug TV, microwave oven, stove - and still cannot place everything conveniently. 5. The breakfast was very basic, you could get much more for the same money in nearby cafes. 6. Although booking.com says credit cards are accepted, they demanded cash only payment at check-in. 7. For longer stays, the lack of a washing machine is a serious drawback.

overall pretty good- would stay again.

location is really nice (close to beach but not close to clubs or loud music) and the owner and his daughter are really helpful! the room is really spacious so that was great and there was good air conditioner etc!

unfortunately the wifi didn’t work very well in my room, so i had to leave my room to use it which was a bit inconvenient. the bathroom also had a bit of a weird smell and facilities were a bit dated but to be expected for the cheaper price!

Great little sanctuary with extra touches and the most lovely hosts in Türkiye.

this is where we received the MOST hospitable host on our 16 day trip around Türkiye!! so kind and friendly!! bed was very comfortable! location was perfect! very close to beach and busy corridor, but far enough away to be quiet! fridge was actually cold! 1st place with kettle in the room to make coffee! (or tea if that’s your thing). Corkscrew and glasses provided. standard breakfast served, not buffet style. quiet courtyard with palm trees and fruit veggies growing, nice variety of seating options around the pool. Didn’t go in the pool but the water seemed above average temperature. room was above average size which was nice to be able to spread out suitcases etc!

any ‘shortcomings’ like outdated decor were more than made up for by the loveliness of the host!

Cozy, calm place with cats. Hasan is an amazing host, he made us feel at home. Clean room, good quality linen. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and enough. Good location, not far from beach, but really calm. Recommend!

Excellent location, spacious rooms

This hotel is all about the location - you are literally a few steps from fabulous Oludeniz beach. The rooms are also very spacious (we had ground floor apartment), lovely garden area and staff are very friendly and helpful

The complex is quite outdated but we paid a fair price for it. Also there are around 15-to steps down into the complex from the main street with no elevator so not suitable for buggies or wheelchairs. The hot water was never really hot so didn't get to use the jacuzzi as no point lying in warm water. One washing machine for the whole complex would have been great and would gladly pay €4-5 per wash to avoid the hustle of the formal laundry service.

To stay in Oludeniz i would stay there again.

The hotel is only three minutes to the beach. The owner Mr. Hasan is a very kind person, ready to help out whereever he can. This was my experience. For example he did me the favour to sent heavy stuff to my home by courier. Also the bathroom was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room was big and had sofas. The price was more than okay for the room . i enjoyed very much staying there.

hard to find a positive side

Hotel rooms were smelly, in bad state, one of them without hot water. We were 2 families of 4 and we had booked 2 apartments (only reason for staying here), upon arrival, without any notice we were told one apartment was not available and we had 2 accept 2 separate double rooms very far apart from each other. After insisting we did get a 10% discount for this but clearly not enough for the trouble caused and lack of previous communication

The only thing was the location

The only thing positive about this hotel is the location. On a main road and close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and night activities. The cleanliness of the facilities leaves a lot to be desired. They didn’t clean our rooms however fresh towels were available on request. Hassan is on the facility 24/7 and is helpful. I just didn’t like the way the bread was carried in his arms every morning without a packet… very unhygienic. (wish I had not witnessed that, and twice😳) The hotel could do with some renovations and new furniture. It is sad that it is so neglected because I think it has a lot of potential.

The furniture is very dated and in disrepair. The place could do with some serious cleaning and upgrades.

The hotel is very nice and original. We enjoyed our breakfast outside watching paragliders in the air, natural food and the best coffee in Oludeniz!!! Great location - close to everywhere, 15 minutes walk to Blue Lagoon. And a separate diamond of this place is Yusuf - the most hospitable and friendly host that you can imagine. Always in place and ready to help!

Location is great. There are many restaurants around the hotel and beach is very near.

It is very noisy at night due to many bars around. We were mot able to sleep before 12:00. Hotel room and breakfast did not meet our expectation.

Enjoyable stay near Oludeniz Beach

This is a very good aparthotel for a large family with kids. All rooms (including bathroom) are huge. The ground floor is relatively cool - we didn't use AC at all. Nice green and quiet pool/garden area. The host is welcoming and helpful. Great location - not too far from the beach. The kitchen is well equipped.

The huge living room has a single power socket (behind TV). Both bedside power sockets by the double bed are broken with no lamps. But the worst is WiFi - it's miserable and not even working most of the time. I couldn't work and had to move. This is a VERY expensive hotel (1000+ USD a week). Calling electrician to fix the power sockets or installing 15$ Wi-Fi router in EVERY room is NOT expensive.

The place was comfortable with a good facility. The staff was also so friendly. The best part to stay here was the location. It is so close to the beach and you can find everything around. Breakfast was also satisfied every morning near the pool.

Hasan is wonderful host, thank you Hasan for everything! The room is very comfortable, spacious, clean, we got clean towels every day. Internet is good, and having breakfast in the garden is a real pleasure. But the biggest star goes to Hasan, because he is very kind, helpful, always with smile on his face. He will try his best to make your vacation even more wonderful. The hotel is opened 12 months a year, so whenever you feel is the right moment to visit Oludeniz, Hasan will be there.

Wonderful vacation

I enjoyed our stay. Hassan(manager) and Olga(cleaning lady) done their best. Initially I did not like the furniture and appliances. Apartment needs renovation. My impression changed with the warm welcome of Hassan(the manager). He was always available and helpful and generously offered tea and coffee The place has everything I needed: a peaceful garden with beautiful trees and a swimming pool, quite atmosphere, a barbecue zone.
