Clean, but noisy.

Clean, easy to find. The lady in the office was lovely.

Unfortunately the people above us were so noisy we got no sleep, allowing their child to run on the walkways, and up and down the communal stairs. Had the TV on full volume.

Struttura nuova. Parcheggio interno con cancello. Personale attento alle necessità, disponibile immediatamente appena si ha un problema. Ottima posizione per andare in centro a piedi o con l'auto raggiungere in 10 minuti zone periferiche

Poche cose, come dicevo tutto molto piacevole e rilassante. Torno sicuro come promesso ad Elisa. Unica cosa che consiglierei ai titolari e una più attenzione al riassetto generale e al kit dato in dotazione per pulire durante la permanenza.

Perfect place to storm the city and its surroundings, very convenient for business and sightseeing.

Very clean, comfortable and secure. The owner Elisa is an amicable person, very helpful and easygoing. The place is highly recommended.

No elevator to the 2nd floor.

Very spacious and well thought out area.

Surrounding area is a less attractive part of Arezzo, but a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk is enough to get you into central Arezzo and Arezzo's Old Town.

Great place for a great price.

The staff at the accommodation is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The rooms are also spacious, clean and have a well equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and there is also a nice leisure-time area. Lastly, there is a supermarket close for groceries.

The location is a quite a bit away from the train station and popular attractions. The walk is luckily easy and straight.

friendly woman at the office, very kind. Beautiful rooms, newly renovated. private parking which is great. discounts for cafes.

at the ground floor it is very loud - you can hear everything from upstairs. the same for upstairs - very thin walls.

A modern, spacious apartment with car parking within walking distance to Arezzo old town.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Being able to park the car in a secure place and walk into the old town was very relaxing. Plus the fresh fruit and water in the fridge was most welcome on a 30 degree plus day. All in all a great value for money place to stay.

The bed was a little firm for us and the blinds wouldn't pull all the way down.

Clean and pleasant stay.

Neat and tidy. Close to town.

Bathroom floor easily gets wet from the shower. Being on the ground floor, the blinds were useful, but not able to open for privacy.

Another enjoyable stay in Arezzo

Very quiet gated property. Plenty of space on the premises. Just 10' walk from city center. Plenty of coupons and discount to several restaurants in town. Complimentary basket of fruit on arrival. Friendly café across the street.

Practical, modern and within walking distance to Arezzo center

A very bright and functional apartment. The location is excellent: parking on the property, a 15 min. walk to the center of Arezzo , a trattoria across the street and a supermarket down the street.

The kitchen utensils: please buy a new frying pan, change the old electric burners for a more practical ceramic cooking top.

Very good

The noise that we heard sometimes during the night and was coming from the room just next to ours. I suppose the noise was coming from a facility room.

The owner was nice the location is near by the City Center and just aside there is a place where you can make breakfast or lunch.

The rooms are very spacious, there is everything you need for a short stay, air conditioning works properly, the personnel is nice
