The staff were fantastic, the entire place was spotless. It’s really lovely.
I’ll definitely be going there again.

Excellent facilities, attentive host, close to town centre.

Spacious private room, stylish, comfy beds
The fact the rooms had no ceilings and therefore sound travelled - you could hear EVERYTHING from the whole floor, people's whispered conversations, turning over in bed, sniffing, all the rest ..
Also no toilet paper in the ladies and very little room in the shower.
Coffee machine was broken at breakfast, which was overpriced.
Staff not very helpful or cheerful.

L'ensemble vibre trop.

According to expectations.
The shower doors must be replaced.

This Albergue is right on the trail of the Camino Frances. We literally emerged into its garden bar where I immediately ordered a cold drink as it was a very hot afternoon. The pilgrims’ menu was excellent. The portions were large.

It was very clean, and stylish.
We booked the nice rooms for 2 people not the shared. There is zero privacy, the rooms are just walls with tent like ceilings, therefore you can hear every little sound from all other rooms. Literally you can hear others open their bags, their notifications, their every step and every word. You have to whisper so that others can’t listen to your conversation. We woke up so many times at night by different sounds, at some point you would think someone is in your room!!

Location, decor, and helpful and friendly staff.
The walls in the glamping section were too thin.

Staff were amazing, went above and beyond when our bag was not delivered. Lovely space, the dinner was good and the garden was nice.
It's not really a dislike, more a nice to know. The rooms on the albergue side don't have ceilings. Rather they have these lovely cloth enclosures with string lights. It looks great but sound carries in the whole section. I didn't realize that was the design and we booked with our very young kids. I was very concerned about our kids making too much noise for others which was a bit stressful. Best to be aware of the design.

Location when arriving. Outdoor terrace. Dorm.
Food. Breakfast was terrible

The albergue area and our room were indeed really cold, not well isolated, of course it could be due to the open space between hotel and albergue which was intended to be open for the warmer weather. Apart from this, it was as really nice stay and people.

Perfect location if doing the Camino it's the 1st Hotel arriving into Puente La Reina
