great value, location and host - very clean, great if you're happy with basics.

communication from host was fantastic, very timely and helpful, including providing info on attractions and halal food options. parking was sorted quickly when asked (finding on-street parking was very difficult), plus there is no need for a car in this location to visit tirana attractions. the wifi was brilliant, and washing and drying clothes was easy (bring your own detergent).

the faciilities were impeccably clean, but basic, although kettle, oven and fridge are good quality. other than handwash, toilet roll and washing up liquid there is nothing else, no coffee, tea, sugar (kettle is provided), salt/pepper.

Worth to stay

Location is good. Owner helped a lot.

house is a bit old. apartment is smelly. to reach underground car par was not easy

Good potential, but needs improvement in some areas

The apartment is in good condition, has modern appliances and a relaxing balcony. It is conveniently located in the city center close to supermarkets and restaurants.

We booked a 3-bedroom apartment but were given a 2-bedroom apartment with sofa beds in the living room. The shower had a water isolation problem which led to water leakages everytime we showered. There is no enough cutlery for 6 guests. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations, however we only stayed one night so it was manageable.

Location is great, apartment was spacious and well equipped.

It was difficult to communicate with host due to language barrier. There was mold in the shower and in general apartment needs a bit od renovation as furniture is damaged and that's why we felt little bit uncomfortable.

Perfect place, perfect host!

The apartment is great for a group of max. 7 people. It is situated in the center of Tirana, sightseeing can be easily done by foot. There is always someone from apartment management that you can contact in case of questions or e.g. if you need a taxi. They are very friendly, well organized and highly professional. If you go to Tirana - book this place!

Good location, uncomfortable beds

Really great location and check in process was very easy. The apartment is large and has a kitchen and living room space too.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were the hardest I’ve ever seen. The living room also smelt a lot of smoke.

Centrally located, spacious apartment for a bigger family or a company of friends.

The host was very kind and helpful, the apartment is big and centrally located, plenty of food options around.

As there are no house numbers, it was a bit chaotic to find parking entrance and apartment, for that we needed a constant guidance of the host, which he kindly provided, and internet - which coming from abroad with the foreign SIM was rather expensive. I'd suggest giving all the directions one day in advance in order to avoid the expensive communication on the day. The apartment itself was very spacious and nice, just that the showers in both bathrooms leaked extensively. Otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you! Note that payment is cash only.

Everything was nice. Big apartment. Near to the center. A lot of shops around opening 24/7. The host was so nice, helpful, available. Give us a list of things to do or restaurants etc. I recommend 100%

Maybe just not enough toilet paper and would be cool to have more keys.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Centre Apartment Easy was comfortable and clean, lots of space, hot water, and it was warm too (the weather was bad a lot of rain that day so it was a bit cold outside ). It is close to Scanderberg square as well. The owner is available on WhatsApp too and answered my messages quickly on booking.com and WhatsApp. Also I don’t speak Albanian so I also asked the apartment owner to book me a taxi and they did this for me which was very helpful. I will definitely stay again if I get the chance and will recommend to any friends traveling to Tirana.

Spacious Appartment close to Skenderberg Square

Jerry and his family members are friendly professional hosts who rent out a dozen appartments in Tirana. The appartement is spacious, clean and near to the Sqanderberg Square. They respond quicky to all our common asked questions during our stay.

The 'after sales' proces can be better. After we left the appartment and asked specific questions we didnt get an answer as promised. Maybe they were just busy.

I liked everything very much. The host was waiting for us at the gate. He helped to book a parking space for 2 cars in the underground garage (this involved additional costs). The apartment is large and spacious, as is the terrace. The location is perfect, in the center of the city, but the apartment is quiet, with rooms overlooking the courtyard. Thank you for the useful advice, we visited some of the places you suggested and we would like to come back again.

Rent it you will be satisfied!

We don't speak Albanian and locations in Tirana are a challenge to find sometimes. The manager met us at a time convenient to us and made it easy to get into the apartment and settled. The place is very nice, beds comfortable, kitchen serviceable, air conditioning works fine and right near options. Parking very easy underground with an elevator.

Liked it all. Rent it you will be satisfied!

I would use this accommodation again.

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable and close to Skenderbeg square. Quite at night, so excellent for a good night rest. I liked that there was not that stale scent in the bedrooms, that most hotels has and it seemed that in the bedrooms was not smoked, which was so important for me. The host was very kind.
