I loved it and will certainly return and stay here again.

The room was clean, comfortable - well equipped. I had a dreadful experience with accommodation I had previously booked, through Booking.com at Parap. When I arrived at that unit in Parap, I despaired as I knew it was too unclean for me to stay in. Fortunately, I found H on Mitchell and caught an Uber to this delightful location.

I found the noise in the restaurant too much for an old bird like me. But it is a sports bar, so it is what it is.

annoyed with lack of cooking facilities for something called an apartment

We had a studio apartment which had no proper cooking facilities let alone any utensils to use. There was a range hood but no hot plates underneath. Why install a range hood. There was a dishwasher but as stated above stuff all cooking utensils also no toaster, This should not be called an apartment but a room

A very comfortable, relaxing stay

Because we were staying for a few days, it was more comfortable to have a unit than just a hotel room. You could actually open the windows and doors to get fresh air. Looking over the city and a glimpse of the water to see the sunrise and sunsets each day was a bonus.

Comfortable and close to CBD

The studio rooms windows could be opened. Very close to everything in CBD. Toiletries and tea/coffee regulary replenished and room serviced daily. Laundry shared with one other apartment was handy.

Waiting and waiting and waiting for the lift. Studio apartment doesnt have a knife or chopping board for the "kitchenette". Essentially its a toaster and kettle facilities, with a dishwasher that you have no need to use. The BBQ facilities did not have any utensils to cook with or items to clean up afterwards.

The location and facilities were great and the staff were friendly. We had a great view and was a short walk to everything

The bathrooms weren’t clean. Mould in the grout, which if you wiped it would come off. Also shower screen frame had the beginnings of mould. Told reception but it wasn’t cleaned and if a cleaner did come they need a lesson on what mould looks like and how to clean it.

We had booked a tour which started very early in the morning so could not have breakfast we were told on a number of occasions that we would be refunded for the breakfasts we couldn't eat but we were not refunded anything. Pretty poor service on their part.

We loved the whole Darwin experience and our accommodation was a big part of that.

The apartment was great - it had all the facilities we needed. The pool was amazing. And the staff - reception and cleaners - were all so lovely and helpful. Nothing was a bother for them.

There were a couple of things not working in the apartment, but nothing that impacted our stay. The price wasn't cheap, but it was good value for Darwin.

Everything was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jimmy. Easy access to all the facilities, the pool was great and a perfect way to end each day. One staff member (didn't catch his name unfortunately) he suggested a room upgrade, which we did, it was a lot more spacious and great views and also recommended some great restaurants. The beds are so comfy, we slept well every night, thanks for a great stay, we'll definitely be back.

staff were very good! after an initial issue with the room, everything was sorted out quickly and good.

First room we were put into was dirty, but quickly resolved with an upgrade into a clean room

very disappointed to be told on arrival that the pool was closed. no prior notification. we absolutely would hang cancelled and stayed elsewhere had we known. having access to a pool 6 minute walk away is not the same.

staff were very nice. room was very clean and tidy.

the pool was out of order/under construction for maintenance during our stay. we were not advised about this during booking or at check in. when you book a hotel with a pool you expect there to be a pool.
