Would recommend, especially if looking for an easy overnight stay if travelling to/from PA by bus

Good location, just 2 blocks from the bus station and opposite large supermarket. Warm rooms, comfortable bed, good shower, lovely breakfast and very kind and attentive staff.

A fair bit of traffic noise at night

Tolle Unterkunft als Start- und Endpunkt einer sehr schönen Patagonienreise

Besitzer und Angestellte waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben viele gute Tipps bekommen. Sehr zentral gelegen. Man hat sogar ein Weihnachtsessen für uns organisiert. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die extrem lauten nächtlichen Autorennen am Wochenende durch die Stadt, direkt am Hotel vorbei. Bis 5 Uhr morgens war an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

Personnel très sympathique et chambre confortable !

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit à l'Innata casa hostal mais nous aurions avec plaisir pu y séjourner plus longtemps ! Le personnel est très sympathique, on a même eu des sandwiches pour le matin où l'on partait à l'aéroport très tôt pour remplacer le petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et le lit confortable ! Et l'on était très bien situé par rapport à la gare de bus, restaurants, activités touristiques. On recommande vivement !

Tout le personnel est très sympathique et attentionné. Ils parlent anglais. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé.La chambre est assez grande, mais la salle de bains petite

Innata Casa gives a five star experience with the warmth and comfort of a wonderful little hostal. It's actually the most enjoyable hostal I've ever visited. I had so many wonderful experiences that it's impossible to list them all. If it's available and you're wondering if you should commit to booking or keep looking, BOOK IT NOW. The place is great, the people are great, the location is great, breakfast is lovely and it will exceed your expectations.

There's nothing I didn't like about this hostal and the people that run it. I'll say that again, there's nothing I did not like about Innata Casa.

If I’m ever in Punta Arenas it would be my first choice.

The owners were amazing. Really friendly. The room was light, spotless and even had towel warmers. There was a fridge and a small area to cook in a shared space. They make a beautiful and friendly breakfast. One of my favorite places ever. Easy walking to the old party of town. Great food just around the corner for dinner. Grocery store across the street.

I liked it all!

Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Nettes Hostel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt und der Busbahnhof ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Das Badezimmer hatte nur eine Schiebetür, die nicht wirklich viel Privatsphäre geboten hat.

Endlich mal Gastfreundschaft in Chile! Wir können das Haus empfehlen!

Die Betreiber sind sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Es gab zum Frühstück sogar Naturjoghurt mit frischen Früchten und Granola - das erste Mal auf unserer langen Chilereise. Man hat in diesem Haus das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. Wir trafen Mitarbeiter an, die Englisch sprachen. Das Haus ist zwar hellhörig und es kann laut von der Straße werden. Deshalb fanden wir wohl Ohropax auf dem Nachttisch. Das war auch eine fürsorgliche Geste. Es gibt einen kleinen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.

Will surely stay here again

Hostal owner Mimi and Brian were excellent. They even accommodated our early breakfast in room. The communication was excellent.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegenüber

Gemütliches Zimmer mit kleiner Kochnische, die es ermöglichte kleine Snacks/Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Frühstück war zudem lecker (Toast sowie Joghurt) und äusserst freundliche Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr sohl gefühlt. Zudem liegt gleich gegenüber ein großer UNI Supermarkt, sehr praktisch.

Wir hätten uns neben den süßen Frühstücksoptionen auch über eine Scheibe Käse oä gefreut. Aber das ist wirklich Nebensache!

Very good

Good location, close to everything you may need. Personnel is just perfect, very helpful and friendly. Room has everything you need: clean, hot water, comfy bed, heating. Breakfast is fine: home made yoghurt with fruits, fried eggs and cheese sandwich and good coffee. Just perfect start of the day!

Hotel is situated on a street that is a part of a "stripe" for the sport car cruising overnight on weekends. This is a perfect place during week days, just perfect, but if you want to rest and sleep over weekends, this is not your choice - their noise will not allow you sleep.

Cozy and convenient stay!

My trip to Punta Arenas was short but lovely. The location is excellent if you're arriving via bus (like a 2 min walk!) and there is a grocery store across the street. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and eager to give advice on what to visit in the city.

Wonderful guesthouse!

Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, from the check in to the delicious breakfasts! Would stay here again if I found myself back in Punta Arenas! It's a central location and easy to walk everywhere. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Nothing to do with the guesthouse directly, but street noise or possible upstairs guests might disrupt you if you are a light sleeper.

Located just a few minutes walk from the bus station, and easy walk to the town center. The property is clean and the common area is lovely.

The basic room is a little bit cozy for 2 people but would be perfect for just 1 people.

Top choice hotel for staying in Punta Arenas with modern, comfortable rooms.

modern, comfortable room and access to the facilities - fridge, kitchen, etc. delicious breakfast. The location is close access to the bus sur station and downtown. For being on a busy street, the hostal is surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend this place!

Although the hotel did not look very promising from the outside, the rooms were very nice and well equipped. Our room had a small kitchen, perfect for the 2 days we've spent there. It was clean and the staff also spoke good english. Its central location was also helpful since we planned to discover the city by foot. We also enjoyed the breakfast and they are flexible to prepare a breakfast box to you in case you have an early tour planned outside the city.

Warm accommodation in Punta Arenas

Very warm welcome and interesting lecture on Punta Arenas history by the manager! Thank you! Very clean and wide bedroom, useful common kitchen to spend some time in a warm place while outside it's too windy.

We weren't actually showed the kitchen when we checked in - it's a valuable service that might be useful to show your guests. Maybe the possibility of some more variety for breakfast could become a plus to your service. Nonetheless we would suggest your accommodation without doubts.
